Health on Hand Leicester is the best Chiropractor’s clinic I have ever attended in the Midlands .
It’s the most professionally run practice with exceptionally trained staff . They offer courteous service to all their patients . They go out of there way to accommodate emergency appointments and deal with unforeseen patient cancellations with great empathy. Each patient is treated as an individual and they always endeavour to meet your needs . This is remarkable considering how busy they all are .
The Clinic is immaculate and has adopted the highest levels of cleanliness . It’s modern and welcoming.
All the Chiropractor’s provide clinical excellence , tailored treatment plans and follow up advice . They always review progress and speak to their patients with great regard and dignity.
I thank you from for all the years of continued treatment that you have provided to myself and all my friends and family.

Thomas and his team fixed me in 3 or 4 sessions. Went to them with an open mind.. Not expecting much.. I had a trapped nerve in my left leg, i was in pain for months, my GP was useless and i was overdosing on ibuprofen and co-codomol tabs.
Thomas did an intial assesment and gave me some treatment, recommeded some excercises. Saw him again 2 or 3 times more and now i am 100% back to normal. So thank you to the best chiropractor and his team in Leicester. Very professional and clean environment.. Good receptionist too. Once again Thank you.

I came to this clinic as physiotherapy wasn't that effective for me. I had excruciating back pain before I started treatment here. After 3 to 4 sessions I am feeling much much better and hope to keep improving further. Bella has been great and understands my needs well. The reception staff are friendly and I don't have to wait too long to be seen. Overall I am very happy I joined the clinic.

I originally visited Health on Hand many years ago after suffering with a bad back for several years. Within six months of treatment it was like I had never been in pain and I was back to doing all the old activities that I loved. I have always found the treatment to be effective and highly professional and I can always get an appointment at short notice. I have always recommended Thomas and now Scott to my friends.

I first discovered Health on Hand from searching on the net for chiropractors, at the time I was in so much pain with my shoulder. I saw Bella for the first time and she was fantastic with helping me ease the pain and lead a normal life again, the treatment I had was continuous and there was improvements each week which made such a difference in my day to day life. I had a chronic issue with sciatic pain predominantly in my glute area. Scott has performed a wonderful job in eliminating my pain and increasing my activity levels again, I cannot thank him enough.
The warm, friendly environment is very welcoming and the refreshment facilities are second to none.

I have been going here since October of last year due to a really bad back and shoulder pains. I'm extremely impressed with the services, from the receptionist down to the chiropractor.
Last month, I kept having to change or reschedule my appointments as things would come up. Damyanti and Raeesa just made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and I've never had to wait for more than 5-10 minutes.
Bella, the chiropractor, never made me feel like she was rushing and had better things to do. She's always been so helpful, listening to all my complaints, doing something about it, etc. She really makes sure that I leave that room happy. Plus she's so friendly and reassuring, I have never felt scared about having adjustments done by her at all. Oh and she would talk me through how long or how often I'd need readjustments, etc. I started off seeing her every week and as soon as I was feeling a lot better, this got reduced to two weeks then every month. This just goes to show they're not after your money but your health and happiness! I cannot recommend this clinic enough. I'd rate this with six stars if I could!
P.S.
I love that they take time decorating their clinic too! The Halloween decors were so much fun! :)

I have suffered from MH, and various symptoms of, for as long as I can remember. I've also had a really painful back, from stress, for over 20 years, as well as suffering from crippling headaches, and sinus issues ....... Bella has been a great help with it all!
I didn't really know if, or how she might help, but the difference, is incredible, and life-changing!!

UPDATE - It's been about 8 months, and I cannot believe the difference!!!!
I was bed ridden, most of the week, with headaches, and general fatigue. I was taking a good amount of painkillers.
NOW - I hardly take any painkillers, and I'm going to the gym regularly!
I still suffer some minor symptoms, but Bella has given me a chance to feel "ALIVE" again!
To reiterate, I'd had these chronic symptoms, most of my adult life!
I'm so grateful to Health on Hands, and Bella!

After injuring my back and not knowing how, I was in excruciating pain (I had forgotten how painful a bad back is) I went to A&E and GP who told me that I had pulled a muscle. They prescribed painkillers but they made no difference except make me sleep. I was told that it would take 4 weeks and then I would be able to self-refer for physio. I knew that it was more than a pulled muscle and certainly didn't want to wait 4 weeks to feel pain-free. So I researched chiropractors and came across Health on Hand Clinic, which is rated as one of the top 3 chiropractors in Leicestershire and now I know why! I had an appointment with within 48 hours of calling them and Bella confirmed that I had a prolapsed disc. She has been incredible at helping me to heal my back, she is very knowledgeable and fantastic at knowing exactly what needed to be done to get me back on my feet quickly. I had two sessions with her and had regained 97% of my mobility, which was awesome. I went from not being able to stand without help to moving almost pain free within 2 weeks! I highly recommend Health on Hand Clinic if you are struggling with mobility, Bella really does life-changing therapy! Thank you so much to all of the staff at the Clinic, they are super professional and caring.

Been a patient of Health on Hand for the past year or so, went in first time as i was struggling with my lower back, could not even go to work with pain, did consultation and first treatment and felt difference straight away.
Had treatment with three different Chiropractors, all very friendly and professional. A special say to all customer service staff, as the always very friendly and happy to help.
Very easy to book and adapt to your agenda, reminders via text message, email if you are naughty and dont show up for more than 6 months.
Few months ago, gave my feed back and suggestion regarding text messages reminders, got a phone call to a more specific feedback and after few days this was changed. 5 stars all the way

After suffering with chronic migraines for years and bad shoulder pain I had linked the two together, I did not know how to fix the solution. After a while of googling and finding out about how chiropractors have helped others with similar issues to my own, I decided to go ahead with it. After a few searches Health on Hand really caught my eye with their helpful videos and reviews. Being very confident that this place could help me I instantly booked for a full consultation and first session. With the help from the wonderful ladies in this office this was very easy to organise. After my consultation and first session I was hooked and so happy that I found a place to help me. The staff are amazing and the pricing for sessions couldn’t be better. I have now been going to Health on Hand for a few months, I have highly recommended this to everyone I know and even easily convinced a few people to visit, it has helped myself and a few of my family and friends. I was in real agony the first time I visited Health on Hand. My lower back was hurting so much I felt like someone was stabbing it with a hot knife! My first visit was a consultation and treatment with Scott and although i still feel a little pain 3 visits later it is nothing like when i first went. The burning sensation has gone completely and I fell much lighter after every session. I do a lot of weight training and it has made exercising a joy again! Highly recommend this place a great friendly environment and superb chiropractors.

I have been going to this clinic for around 4 years now and at times I swear these services have saved my life - or at least kept me mobile and pain free.
I began coming in 2016 when I was pregnant with my third child and suffered from severe pelvic girdle pain. At the point where I could barely walk, a friend suggested I try the chiropractor. I began to see Lois and coming here was the only thing that kept me mobile. I would definitely recommend it to all pregnant ladies as the body shifts so much in pregnancy.
Since then I have seen Bella and Scott and would 100% recommend them both. Even at times when I think my body doesn't hurt, you never realise quite how bad you felt until after you leave feeling so good and pain free. From headaches to backache - these chiropractors have cured many problems. I will continue to be using them and would recommend them to anyone.

I started visiting Health on Hand around 7 years ago after a particularly painful episode of sciatica & countless painkillers after 4 sessions I felt very little pain & back to my usual self. Due to other ongoing medical issues over the years my self maintenance programme has lapsed from time to time but I have always been looked after by the wonderful caring staff who go the extra mile to provide what I need to get back on track . Been with HOH for 4 sessions now and the difference already is incredible. Thomas/Scott really know what they're doing. The thing I like most is that they are not just after your money - they want you to help yourself too so that you don't need to visit as often. Top service with the receptionists too. All in all, a great place and would highly recommend for any issues with your body.

My first time visiting this Chiropractor. Very friendly and welcoming team, from the reception staff to actual Chiropractor. Was treated by Scott.
The problems I was experiencing were quickly identified – Neck, shoulder, lower back and hips. First treatment concentrated on neck and lower back. I have already seen improvement in range of movement in neck, following treatment. I have been given tips and advice which I am adopting at home, as well as follow-up appointments, where future areas of concentration will be on shoulders and hips.
Overall , very pleased with this Chiropractor practice.
