Disgusting customer service. My partner is not fat by any means however she needed the one ring size up which they didn’t have in store, then continued to announce to the store in a condescending tone that they didn’t stock them in any store in the country making my partner feel absolutely horrible. Bunch of kids running the store with bare communication skills nor the skills of their products.
Won’t be coming back.

Bought a watch for my bday.. wore it twice and the dial went loose. I was disappointed because i really liked it. went to the store with their faulty product and the staffs were absolutely umhelpful. I am disappointed!

Went in at Christmas to buy wife a present
It was a written out so just had to give to staff pay collect and go - easy enough eve for me
Handed in the paper paid and collected and went home to wrap present
Christmas day she opened the present and it was all wrong
My fault I suppose as should have check but had assumed that order was written down then they would have got it right

Awful service. Shop was empty with 3 members of staff in which not one approached us to see if we needed help. When we eventually got help the service we received was the worst I’ve ever received, very rude. Couldn’t wait to leave the shop and will definitely not be returning!!!
