We were refused entry to an empty store as we were shopping in a 3. The woman on door duty was quite abrupt and rude, telling one of us to wait outside. We decided to leave as we were all quite shocked by the way were spoken to. We went to another Swarovski where the welcome and customer service couldn't have been better. Not sure what the issue is at this store, but I wouldn't go back there. I think the staff here are in the wrong industry.

One of the most interesting thing about Swaroviski is that they have worked out a formula for custom care and they have pulled this off very nicely and perfectly. They have got really exceptional attendance and this guys make even an average services look and feel good. This is one thing I will all w as a take with me. The customer care, it was really good and felt nice to interact with people who can go out of their way to help you.

The company is a joke, I heard they sell crystals made from the blood of children, what could be worse than that you ask? Their returns policy, which is basically none existent. The staff don't speak, they literally just don't talk, alongside this, I saw one in the back, swallowing the crystals like tic tacs, NEVER. GOING. BACK.

Today, I, my brother and my sister went to the shop to look at stuff to purchase for our mum, but the store manager asked if we were buying and we said we were just looking, we were deciding to buy at lease 1 to see if she (our mum) would like it but the store manager (Karen) was rude and called security for us that we should leave because we were taking her store space we were served by her co-worker and she was nice and professional. I have attached the picture of the lady below.

Great service, polite and welcoming when served, in Westfield W12 Assistant was very helpful, (unfortunately cannot remember the ladies name) as order was not on system. I cannot however say the same for customer service in W4, they are rude, and everything is too much trouble!!. Thankfully the shop staff are much better

Very good stuff. My star is for the horrible customer service. I've tried to change a ring, cause it was too big and they told that they would do a special order. I waited more than a month and in the end I needed to go to another branch and take another item by myself.

Not 100% satisfied . I'd say thanks to Maria which in the end decided to help me out with getting my bracelet repaired , but it was a HARD WORK. Starting with a "cant do" attitude , we got to 'OH YES, I CAN DO '. Unprofessional , rude and keep saying: "that's the policy" . Since when if you have no receipt from your purchase ( as its been a gift ) you wont be able to get the item fixed? I had proof of warranty which was valid for 2 years, had the Certificate stamped by a Swarovski shop and still been refused - as the staff were saying they never seen the certificate stamped. I am a fan Swarovski, Pandora and all my certificate books are stamped and signed by the person who sold the items, so in this case you can prove the date I bought it. This was ridiculous, even though I have 1 year warranty left, I still have to pay for my repair. I am genuinely thinking to give up on you and stick with your competitors . It never happened to me to walk in a Pandora shop and be refused at repairs. They didn't even thought about repair, they replaced my items with brand new ones straight away. When you, you even charge for a small repair which any1 could see was probably factory fault. The bracelet is been worn occasionally and it felt of my wrist out of the sudden. Maria tried to convince me the certificate I have got CAN be fake, and even though, that stamp WON'T SAY NOTHING TO THEM. Also, she sent it for repairs and she's charging me only because ' the bracelet is in a very good condition' . Ridiculous! If the customer requires repairs, you should provide it no matter how the item looks like. Also, been given different prices, at the beginning been told the repairs will be £25-30 , then oh it'll be £20 , how comes your stuff is allowed to charge a price out of they're mind ? The item will be sent anyway to Germany, I should've taken it to a corner shop and get it fixed for a fiver. Honestly, Swarovski is just 1BIG company, you should all have same policy .

Tammaria A.S.M is a very determined lady and great in customer service. We had a difficult time to locate my membership but she persisted and found it after 5-8 min of looking at the screen. She takes a personal approach and attention to customer service eventhough she is the manager. Congrats to a service oriented staff who cares.. Cheers.

Horrible customer service by none other than the manager! Was visiting with my mother (who is visiting from india) and was interested in buying 2-3 items. Finally after waiting 10 mins a lady attended to her and she asked her to show her a couple of rings. After waiting for another 2-3 mins, my mother mistook another lady for the one serving her and asked her to even show her a necklace. Meanwhile the First Lady came with the rings and started shouting at my mother that I was serving you, I had gone to get you the rings and you’ve asked someone else. My mother didn’t even realise what had happened, I quickly walked over to them and explained to the one serving her that she mistakenly asked someone else for help as she didn’t see her. At the the first lady who was initially serving her just banged the rings on the counter and literally stomped off! I was shocked beyond belief, explained to the second lady that this was simply a misunderstanding and I don’t understand how they can behave this way with customers, she just shrugged and dint say a word. When I asked to complain to the manager, she said that the first lady serving her was the manager! I still ended up buying 3 things, and yet not one of the staff apologised for this disgusting behaviour! How you can yell at your customers and storm off like that is beyond belief. I am sure nothing will come off this review at clearly none of the staff members were bothered by any of this, but it is absolutely disgusting behaviour and it’s a shame a company as big as Swarovski hires such staff!

Horrible custommer service. They all nice when you buy however it is very low quality mass production items and if they break. Their policy does protect them fully and its extremally difficult to get the refund. And if you do staff is rude. Has got "cant do" attitude. And they keep saying: "thats the policy" If I could give minus 1 star I would go for minus three stars. NOT RECCOMENDING!!
