I was so appalled by the service I received today at the store.
On arrival I was utterly ignored by the two women in store. They were with other customers, I understand, but an eye contact would not have hurt...meanwhile the gentleman who came in after me was greeted politely.
When it was finally my turn to be served, as I needed to change a faulty bracelet, the person at the counter asked me if I had purchased the bracelet myself ...racial profiling, yes.
Long story short, she claimed the engraving machine was not working, so I decided to take my bracelet back with me and will be going to the store at Westfield London, where the service I have been provided with, so far has not been based on look or race.
I will not visit the King’s Road store ever again.

I have a nice collection of Monica Vinader jewellery and love the designs and the quality. Going into the store is a lovely shopping experience and the staff are very professional and helpful. A lot of nice items to choose from.

Frustrating company to deal with. I have ordered jewellery twice for my wife, and on both occasions I have been bombarded with emails thereafter. Most frustrating however, is that following each order, I am alerted to flash sales of 25%, 50% off etc. This leaves the customer feeling like they have overpaid - not exactly conducive to repeat orders.

The staff are so knowledgeable and lovely in this store! I had my eye on a piece of jewellery for a while and had such an enjoyable shopping experience here. I waited a long time (store wasn’t busy) to be served. When it was my turn the lady in charge decided to serve someone who came after me instead even though I had pointed it out. Not only was she slow and inefficient, when it came to my turn to do a simple return it was clear that she doesn’t even know how to navigate her own system and I had to point things out to her. Her excuses for not serving me first were so lame. It’s much better buying a tonne off the website, trying it on at home and returning by post than dealing with sales people like this
