Excellent service. Well set up for Covid social distancing measures. Called in to collect two prepaid online orders. Friendly staff member at door to guide and advise. In and out in about ten minutes. Staff who served me offered assistance unprompted to transport one of my purchases to my car. Very polite, pleasant and friendly young man carried the large furniture item to my car for me. Very good experience and I would shop here again. Thank you!

Brilliant!! What a fantastic experience we had this evening. My mum wanted a landline telephone with answer phone. The 2 ladies Sammy and Emma showed us 4 different models and we were advised on the best one to suit my mum's needs. We were not rushed at any point. We came away happy and will 100 % be coming back. Well done girls!!

Sparse. Lots of space but only three ordering islands. Limited watch display for the size of store. Not a busy time but I was kept waiting over 20 mins for my small single item order. Should be quicker than this if you are going to seriously compete with online ordering. Store clean and tidy but lacking.

Buying jewellery for wife for our anniversary.
Nice jewellery but hate the way its presented to you in little plastic bags and not a nice box. Makes your gift look cheap. Which at over £300 it was not. think they should box it nicely for you.

Great little place to buy item quickly, however they have to compete with curry’s pc world just opposite and offer prices are cheaper at curry’s pc than Argos. Staff are nice and reliable but don’t offer hang around on shop floor so asking questions about items is difficult.

I'm sure Fast Track is a great service - when it works - but the item I ordered wasn't delivered to the store when Argos said it would be, so I wasted a journey. I cancelled the purchase and went elsewhere. Felt sorry for the staff because the customer before me had the same problem!

Checked online produc avability, and went to the store to buy that item(and some more). I paid and waited 35 mins for my stuff, then they told me they are unable to find the item in the warehouse.. so they can only do home delivery for the next day,so i need to pay extra for the delivery. I told them its their fault and im not willing to pay for that. Then they said the only way i can get it delivered if they charge me again for that item(it vas £170), and refound it. So that leaves me -170 and the refound will take 2-3days.. they put in wrong number for the delivery so they couldnt reach me. This store is a mess.
