Very friendly staff and were so helpful today. They couldn't of gone out their way anymore than they did and made buying a bike the best experience. Car battery died due to cold weather. Off to Halfords in Horsham. My required battery was in stock and I purchased it including the swap. The colleague assigned to the job worked quickly and efficiently, the whole visit did not last longer than 20 minutes. All staff were friendly and professional.

I needed a headlamp bulb replaced so took advantage of the fact that Halfords supply and fit them having used them in the past; I was served quickly at the counter, the item was in stock and there was a fitter available immediately to fit it; it took him about five minutes; the fitting cost of £8 was reasonable.

I can highly recommend this store in Horsham. I have bought a new car stereo and had it fitted by Joel who is a very courteous young man and very knowledgeable about his products. I would certainly recommend my friends to go to this Halfords store and if they need any advice on sound systems, certainly ask for Joel.
