My daughter Aimee visited your Opticare in Anstey and the ladies and gentleman optition were as always professional, helpful and friendly and courteous.
The staff in this branch always make us feel welcome and give sound advice. I will continue taking my children to this branch as the service is always consistent and friendly.

Genuine, thorough and very respectful.
Entire staff is very professional and they pay lot of attention to satisfy customer requirement. I have already recommended my family members to seek their advice for any optical needs because I want them to have the best.
Testing was thorough and I was impressed that Mr Patel explained each stage of the process to me.

It was my first time visiting Opticare Opticians in Anstey after a recommendation. The service was excellent, they made me feel very safe during the pandemic every time I went into the branch. They have s great choice of frames & when my glasses arrived I was so.pleased, they were perfect, I strongly recommend Opticare in Anstey.

When I was told my two-year old would need prescription glasses I was quite rightly upset. I got in touch with Opticare Anstey and voiced my concerns about my toddler needing glasses and they assured me they could take care of our needs. I was worried about our first appointment as my toddler can be non-compliant most of the time but he instantly warmed to Bethany. He let her try on different frames and was fascinated by being able to see himself in the handheld mirror. Bethany had ordered in a number of frames for my baby to try but we agreed they weren't quite right. My son had full skull reconstruction surgery so his head and face have been affected by this so the frames had to sit right. We were both happy to wait for some additional frames and we were called in to try them on again. All 3 of us were happy with the fit and once I'd chosen my frame of choice Bethany ordered them. Today was my 3rd visit to opticare with my toddler to finally pick up his glasses and he's not phased by them at all. He quite likes them and hasn't pulled them off once. Bethany was so patient with my little boy and he trusted her completely. I know there aren't many opticians who cater for such small glasses but if you have young children who need them then I would highly recommend this practice.

My family and I have been attending Opticare for a number of years. We've always been able to book appointments at a convenient date & time. The eye examination is very thorough and, if required, there are a large number of frames to choose from. The optical assistants take time to help you find the right frame and get the correct fit. I would highly recommend.

Nothing was too much trouble, I must have tried on at least 20 different glasses, there was no rush as i decided. My glasses are fantastic, just what I needed to make my life easier. Thank you Opticare :)
