Me and my husband can not thank all of the team at Chester enough. They really have made a dream come true.
A special thank you to Karen & Mr Woods. Karen spotted that I would need an operation before any treatment could start and Mr Woods referred me originally. They also transferred our 2nd embryo when the clinic reopened in July last year. I gave birth to a little boy 23rd March.

Jack and I couldn't be more grateful of the hard work of our consultant Mr Wood. Our embryologist Amy was super thoughtful and the nurses that were on my collection and transfer Aimee and Natalie were both wonderful. We cannot thank you all enough for your endless support through this journey. Infertility is hard enough but throw in covid for good measure and it all changes. I cannot thank Dr Sephton & her team enough.
After a traumatic 2 years longing for a baby, my husband & I welcomed our rainbow baby girl in April 2020 which wouldn't have been possible without the fantastic help, support, guidance & compassion from Dr Sephton.
After suffering 2 MCs & losing our baby boy at 25 weeks in November 2018.
I knew I was finally in safe hands with regular check ups from day one of my pregnancy right up until the birth in which I needed.
Nurse Cathy & Karen were also lovely & reassuring during my visits.
I 100% recommend Dr Sephton & her services.
I felt she went above & beyond.

My wife and I had a great experience and can't thank the team enough. Of course there were the inevitable ups and downs through the journey but all the way through the whole team were compassionate, understanding and explained things wonderfully.
From the very first consultation, we felt relaxed and all the options were discussed so we could make the appropriate choices. The whole team are easy to talk to and don't try to rush you in to a decision.
We can't thank Dr Sephton and Nurse Cathy enough for all the support they have given us over the last couple of years.

I can honestly say the staff here are some of the most lovely and caring people you could ever hope to meet. They always made me feel at ease and looked after me fantastically well.
I can't comment on success rates etc and my treatment is currently ongoing so as it stands I don't have a success story to write about but i am clear on my treatment going forward, it's all explained brilliantly and everyone is very knowledable so I have every confidence they are doing everything they can to get us the best outcome.

I can not thank the staff at Care Fertility Chester enough. After being diagnosed with endometriosis in August and being told my husband and I would need IVF to conceive I felt lost. But following the information evening I felt more confident and no longer felt alone. We had our first treatment in October and our fresh transfer was unsuccessful but we feeling supported and reassured by the clinic we took a short break when we felt ready to try again with our FET. This time we where lucky enough to fall pregnant and now have our gorgeous 6 week old daughter. I would recommend Care fertility Chester to anyone need support to conceive. Good luck on your Journeys and thank you once again to all the staff at Care fertility Chester!

I would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs it. The staff are so friendly and introduce themselves and make you feel welcome at every visit. The staff go above and beyond to help anyone and make them feel safe about any procedure they are going through.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Such a stressful time yet the nurses really put myself and my partner at ease and could not do enough for us. I felt like they all really cared. Particular thanks must go to Jenny, Wendy and Natalie who were amazing.

Convenient location, friendly staff. Good experience. The hospital has a number of sites and this makes it very easy to have your scans close to home and then go to the hospital for your procedure. My partner found this particularly good. Nothing they could do about the lockdown delay!

Have had a brilliant experience up to now, kept up to date through out the covid 19 and shutdown. Nurses were all lovely at both wellness centre and countess, special mentions to Christina,Karen, and Jenny, and Dr Ellard. They were all so welcoming and kind to my self when in the unit. £10,000 of money I spent my life saving and all snatched from me with all the promises of success. Staff don’t communicate with each other. Clinic is not clear on costs until unexpected invoices start coming through the door. There are much more transparent and caring clinics out there. Don’t trust this one.

After waiting for appointment almost 2 months, finally got to the actual appointment. What to say, I can't even describe. Shortly after booking my self with the receptionist someone came out and ask me to fill up a questionnaire. Fair enough, but the questions should be for after the actual test. After 40min of waiting and filling up useless questions the same nurse came back to see me. Seeing that I didn't answer all the questions (because they should be after the test), she said keep on filling the form I will come back in few minutes. Well thanks very much, that was enough for me. Better going somewhere paying for private service then waisting my time.

If I could score this clinic less than 1 star then I would. The clinic is putting patients at risk. I have been consoling a good friend who attended this clinic who has been deeply affected by the way she was treated. The service she received was diabolical. Uncaring, threatening and then after dedicating herself to this clinic and spending all her savings she was told to go elsewhere. The clinic has also changed it's name 3 times in less than 12 months. I cannot stress enough STAY CLEAR!!!!

Throughout the 3 years I have been involved with care fertility Chester I have been supported and cared for every single step of the way.
It has been a very difficult journey for myself and my husband with 3 attempts at frozen IVF treatment.
All the staff at both the Chester countess and the Wellness Centre have been amazing.
I’m particular I would like to mention Christina, Karen and Mr Haddad.
Christina specifically has been instrumental in our time, she has been kind, supportive, has gone above and beyond to help me and help me through all the struggles we went through.
Thank you so much for everything.
I would highly recommend anyone to use this service as they are just brilliant.

I think it’s clear by the 1 star rating the shocking treatment this clinic provides. I too have know somebody who has had an extremely horrific experience with this clinic. cold, uncaring staff who are dismissive and arrogant. Staff don’t communicate with each other and blame the patient for every miscommunication. They are not clear about costs and in my experience they don’t give patients receiving treatment time. They send you away without recovery time after procedures because they want to get the next person in. It is not person centred it’s all about the money. I also suspect that treatment was compromised and errors covered up. I will be informing CQC and I want everybody who reads this to stay away too

You show some emotion and staff pounce on you for being ‘unfit’ to parent. Patients do not have a fair opportunity to access treatment. The clinic staff display a hierarchy between staff and patient. Doesn’t make you feel comfortable. They don’t support they judge and whatever you do as a patient never removes that judgement. Like us we felt totally pushed out due to the judgemental behaviour. They only provide ‘good’ care if you ‘fit in a box’. Otherwise they blame the patient and refuse to treat you. I too will be reporting to CQC. Avoid

14months of my life wasted and £14,000 with all the promises of a pregnancy with an egg donor only to get nothing don't waste you time or money with this place used be be cheshire repro but keep changing names beware!!!!
