Optimax Laser Eye Surgery - Manchester

Had LASIK treatment less then a week ago at the Manchester surgery & couldn’t be more happy with the results, service and aftercare i have received from Optimax. The Manchester team were helpful every step of the way & I highly recommend to anyone who has any doubts about Laser eye. Thank you to the team & surgeon Mr. Samuel, life changing!

Great service pre, during, and post surgery

I had Lasik surgery at the Manchester clinic in January 2020 and it has been life changing!! No more lenses! I cannot recommend them highly enough! Everything from start to finish was fantastic, extremely professional staff who allowed plenty of opportunities to ask questions and seek reassurance. After my surgery I was experiencing some discomfort in the waiting room. The staff recognised this and really looked after me, taking me to a darker side room and giving me extra eye drops. They even arranged a taxi for me to get home safely. They were absolutely amazing! I was told it could take several weeks or months for my eyes to adjust and improve. However I went back 24 hours after surgery for an eye test, and was already better than 20/20 vision, way above driving standard! There is no pain involved, and a day or two of discomfort is worth every second! After being short sighted for 25 years and wearing lenses for 20 years I'm absolutely delighted to wake up and be able to see instantly! 6 months on I have been discharged and couldn't be happier. Visited Optimax this morning for a consultation. All the staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Amanda the consultant, covered absolutely everything I’d need to know and give me different options on the various treatments available and after care advice. Fantastic service.

I got my laser eye surgery done from here after optical express Trafford centre gave me such a poor experience. The staff at optimax have been fantastic, from the consultation, to the aftercare has been fantastic. Yes, it was a very hard and scary decision however it is the best thing I’ve done. It is great to be able to see. The staff have been very polite, accommodating and have really catered my needs. To anyone who gets it done there are slight dry eyes at times as side effects I’m hoping over the next few months they disappear. So far 3 months post surgery it has been good.

I have been wearing varifocal glasses for the last 10 years, they were inconvenient and my darling autistic grandchild hated them (he wanted to see me not the glasses). Also having to were them more often as my middle distance started to go made my mind up! I had lens replacement surgery with Optimax. The lens Dr Stevenson was very professional and informative, he recommended the Panoptic multifocal lenses because this type of lens fixes the reading, middle distance and far away too. I can not believe the difference this has made to my life. My friends and family say i look younger without my glasses and i can put make up on without a magnified mirror lol I am very happy to recommend Optimax. I had my consultation in Manchester with Amanda who is amazing, all the ladies in reception werehelpful and professional. My treatment was in Leicester and the Nurse (Gemini) was absolutely lovely, all the staff are professional and helpful, and put me at ease.

I had LASIK treatment. I couldn’t believe my sight just hours after the surgery, I can now see absolutely everything, distance and close up and I am just days post op and have 20:20 vision. The staff at optimax in Manchester where amazing, the reception staff and all the assistants were so lovley and Dr. Madhusudhan was a superb surgeon, I could not fault any of the service I received and I could not be happier, Optimax have changed my life!!! I would definitely recommend!

I Had my Lasik intralase treatment 2 days ago. Everything is going well so far al-hamdullah. Dr. Madhusudhan has wide experience, and ensures best outcomes for his patients. Staff are absolutely lovely (esp the manager Dhebi); i have been to other places in manchester, couldn't feel more comfortable at other places. Very organised, no delays.

It has been over 5 years since I've had laser eye surgery at Optimax Manchester and my vision couldn't be better. Staff we're absolutely brilliant, couldn't be happier with the level of customer service.
