I took my grandfather to come in for an appointment and it took over an hour to even be called. There where people who came after us being seen sooner.

Always have had a great experience, never had to wait more than 20 minutes for appointment. Once in back seen very quickly by either PA or Doctor!

I've seen Dr Arora and Dr Zhang. Both acted as if they had better things to do than discuss my heart issues. I'm destined for open heart surgery that Ive learned more about from google than these two. If they can't answer a question from me or my husband, I'm finding new drs. The nurses are excellent.

They expect you there at least 10 minutes before your appointment, but you may have to wait an hour to be seen. Follow up paper work includes a website address WHICH IS NOT ACTIVE.

Never answer phone! Been 4 weeks and they haven't scheduled test!! You can die before test even get scheduled. And no telling how many months before appt! Grrr

The office staff are efficient but the schedulers will argue with you. I saw a physician assistant and she told me to schedule an appointment for two weeks to come back and go over the results of my testing. The scheduler refused to let me schedule an appointment saying the office would call me after the tests were done. I informed her that the assistant specifically told me to schedule and she still refused. And as expected I have not received a phone call to schedule. Also do not expect your appointment time to be accurate. The doctors are over scheduling and always behind. If seeing a doctor expect to be waiting 2+ hours or sometimes more past your appointment time. And the waiting room is almost always completely full, you may not be able to find a place to sit.

Staff very friendly. Very helpful on self pay accounts.

It's a busy place.

I would think since patients have to wait so long, the tv's would be set on news or something to watch instead of having to be bored to death with all the information about Hendrick!!!!!!!!!!
