I was here the other day and had an issue with a product I had purchased here. The team here was so helpful and had amazing customer service skills. Zack, Frank, and Robert did an amazing job and really care about their customers. I hope all three of them get recognized for their amazing customer service. I will be returning to this store whenever I need something in the near future.

The products are nice and my mom always requests to visit when she's in town. She wanted to go today because she saw on the website that the cartridges were on sale. When we got there they told her the sale was only for residents. That's the reason I took one star away. It doesn't make sense to me to only allow residents to take advantage of a sale that is listed on the site. They can definitely do promotions as they please, however it was a turn off in our opinion. It would be nice to have some clarification on stipulations like that on the site, because we probably would have chosen to go for the Christmas Eve sale if we had known. She still purchased some items that I'm sure she will enjoy.

I’ve been to this location 3 times. First two times I had a great experience. 3rd time, was denied after placing an online order because my ID is expired — even though there is an extension in place currently because of the pandemic. My ID was expired the first 2 times and no problems. The security guard and the other woman working there (with the facial piercings) were extremely rude to me and were saying that the 2 times they let me in was a mistake. I don’t think I’ll ever shop here again because of the awful treatment by the staff.

I am very new this and was not sure where to go for a great informative experience but read some great reviews about this shop. When my friend and I arrived the security guard was very friendly and made waiting in line go by quickly with his witty jokes. Once inside the team member who took my information down was very friendly as well. Everything changed once my friend and I got inside and were called up by Andy. Andy our budtender had an attitude right off the back with us. We both were not sure what to get and asked questions to better understand the products we were purchasing. Every time we asked a question Andy had an attitude and made us feel like we were waisting his time and he could care less about explaining products to us. We had made it clear that we were very new to this and that seemed to offend him. It was almost like god forbid we have him do the job he was hired to do. These are very serious products we are buying so we wanted to make sure we felt safe doing so. I wouldn't recommend Andy to anyone! What sucked is that the next Budtender over from us was so engaging and seemed like he wanted to help his customers and was very informative with them. I just wish we had that experience but felt like Andy was rushing us out the door. Defiantly not coming back to this shop.

Good luck trying to get one of their specials to work for you the Friday special didn't work for me there's no way I could have claimed it you have to get three items and only two of the three items were there personal Urban leaf items. The specials only pertain to their items only it doesn't pertain to any other brand. Everything in here is twice the price in LA. They're talking to me about their top notch top shelf is only 20% THC it's the best they had or at least the first one they decided to pawn off on me

I've been here twice now and I wouldn't recommend it. Prices are too high, no good deals to speak of, not even for first time patients, and the employees are rude. I got one deal quoted to me on the phone, but when I got there I was told that the person on the phone was wrong .. great. Not looking for an apology from the manager.. useless . Just want to let others know.

In from Sacramento and just dropped by. I was in & out pretty quickly with how long the line was. Jordan treated me very well. Staff was very friendly also. I'll be back every time I'm in SD.

Wherever there's the option of a house pre-roll, I usually try it. With the quality rolls I had on all 4 of mine (didn't run, hit good down to the end, not the slightest bit too tight or loose) on maybe some lower margin merchandise, says that you folks value both your brand and your customers. Good work. And now let's talk about the bud. Those 4 joints had me and a couple friends g.o.o.d. for the entire weekend. Was a direct factor in making an extraordinarily difficult weekend better. Thank you again. Keep up the outstanding work.

My boyfriend and I just had a terrible experience. A few weeks ago we got a cartridge and were charged an even 30$ then went back today around lunch time and the price changed to 36$ now I understand they charge taxes and maybe the first time we got the cartridge it was on sale. We had to leave because we had an even 30$ I mean no big deal but, just went back an hour ago and they wanted to charge us 45$ for the same exact cartridge, how did the price change to a 10$ difference? I looked at the prices they have online and the cartridge is 34$ on there. Doesn’t make any sense at all so, I wonder if people have had the same experience that we just had? Will not be going back.

Just went for the first time and was so impressed by their system! The staff are all friendly, helpful, professional. Loved them. It's super organized and they are taking extra steps to keep people safe during the pandemic. Of course some people will complain about those rules, but screw them and props to Urbn Leaf for doing it. Quality spot

I have been going to Urban Leaf for more than over a year and the service & staff are always great. I have few dispensaries down the road, but I travel further to Urban leaf for the service.
-I placed my order through “Weed Maps” and I arrived a little early before my order was ready, but the staff was more than accommodating. When the budtender did not have a customer and had a moment to leave the register. He took the initiative and went to the back to and completed my order. He verified that my “Feel Good Friday Deal” was applied to the order. Had me inn-n-out less than 8 minutes.
-Great customer service | friendly | clean | great deals | every dollar spent is applied towards store credit to your account. Which is great to apply to your total to avoid change.

This place has always been good to me over the years. Always good vibes, friendly staff and bud tenders, not too long of a wait, decent options and prices, easy to park. COVID precautions seemed reasonable to me. I normally like to go in the mornings when it's not too busy and everyone's getting started.

I just witnessed a man being assaulted with a bat at urban leaf. There was no security, there was no help. Urban leaf called the police, and unbelievably blamed the guy that was beat with a bat. Thank god it was all caught on camrea and proved urban leaf had witnessed nothing and committed a violation, Bane Act violation. If you want be beat with a bat as urban leaf stands by and cheers them on, this is the place for you.

Got 2 Kurvana 80$ cartridges 160$ total. First time going to urban leaf. The jet fuel taste like mold and burns my nose :(. Its still a full cart. I Called told them to taste it. They said they cant do anything and hung up.

We explained we only had $ to go in together and pick 1 thing and they didn't care so I got frustrated and went to the car. 2 min later they told some random girl to stand DIRECTLY beside him, maybe a foot apart, and told them to shop like that.
