The staff are awesome I am difficult too because I have an allergy to a certain terrapin. My favorite is willy he has been extremely helpful, kind, and a great since of humor. The prices are high but it is illinois.....I will continue to go and experiment with different strains...thank you rise for helping me with my severe pain.

Everything here is real expensive and I could spend all my money and time here. The staff was awesome and the product was even more awesome. They had quite a large selection as well as the aroma of heaven, And a helpful staff. They were very good at recommending things I wanted as well as where I could get products locally to use their goods. I will be back!

High quality products and the customer service is amazing. Very reasonable prices. They need better signage at explaining what you have to do when you get inside. You have to order first from a kiosk or human and then go up to the window and get your order. That was really confusing the first time. Over all I loved it. I'll definitely be back.

Not too far from the southern IL border. Selection is pretty "crunchy." Prices are overrated for freshness quality but definitely worth the stop. Lots of out of staters passing through.

Didn't have what I was looking for today, seems like they're always out of the goody good stuff that I like the best . I ended up getting pre-rolls were on sale today . Staff always very friendly and knowledgeable. I only have one question. Why do you have to pull your mask down and look at the camera now ? ?? I think we shouldn't do that, take our masks down inside the place. Have my picture on my medical card and driver's license

If you've been to any dispensary in Seattle...this is nothing like that. Lower your expectations...and then lower them again. No budtenders, general lack of knowledge by the employees of both legal limits and what counts for what category. And while this didn't factor in much on the 3-star rating, the blonde woman at the door is rude and wants to pretend she's at some kind of secret police checkpoint. Maybe she was having a bad day but that is not the first face you want to see when entering a business. If you want to deal with nice, knowledgeable people... you'll need to go somewhere else.

Quick in and out as long as you order ahead. Never had any complaints until today, Receiving a couple vapes that the use by date is tomorrow. So the product has sat for a full year.. and you still sold it. SMH. No wonder it was half off. Would've been nice to know before all sales become final, stapled shut. Maybe we should be allowed to see the label before product gets rang up?!?!

Everyone is so invested in finding a product that works for whatever your needs are. Every time I've been in, all the staff is super friendly and cheerful. Sometimes product consistency is a little lacking but since recreational use is so new in Illinois, that's just not having enough supply all around. The only place I've been to since the pandemic started that demands 100% mask compliance. Very thankful to have this place locally.

If I can rate a zero I would. I live about an hour away and work late nights. I seen what I wanted on the menu and pre ordered it. Got the confirmation text and all. I work late nights, so I place my order online after work. I know I'm not gunna be up early enough to place the order for what I want. Well I call before making the trip and of course they are out of what I want and told me that I technically can't place an order till a half hour after they are open. Soooo why have the website to where you can order at any time?? It's not fair to the people who work late night, knowing they won't be up in time to order what they want. If you receive an order from over night, fill it, or take the times down and fix that.

Bought G6 verano shake yesterday and when I got home and opened it I was very disappointed. It had very little smell and what you do smell isn't good. It has a very old mildew smell. I look to see when its harvested and it was back in July 2020. I know Rise has no control of what's in the jar but something that is 7 months old and the demand is so high, how could they still have something that old. I buy strictly verano shake cause it usually gives the most bang for your buck but I am definitely screwed on this one. Which is sad cause I live on a strict budget. Let me add that the one star is for the weed 5 stars for the employees.
