The Gps telephone system is not working to book appointments. If we go in person they are not considering for appointments. What should the patients do ? How should we book appointment for children? There should be some alternative phoneline or method. They need to address this immediately.

Doctors at this GP surgery are fantastic, welcoming, friendly and, most of all, expert & skilled in their job. They listen to your concerns with compassion and consult with care.
Management of this surgery needs to look at how to support their non-clinical staff providing high level of customer care through competence and compassion.
Reception Staff need more training on the customer care, managing difficult customers, how to be compassionate and understanding, knowledge & Information about different aspects of the services provided at this GP Surgery.

Surgery has changed there telephone system and I am unable to get through to book a appointment even after waiting 40 minutes on the phone.They also have a call back service but no one calls you back.When you go to the surgery the staff say that they cannot book appointment's.What is the patient supposed to do.
