I really rate this pharmacy, they have been really good during lockdown and before. I've seen the pharmacist for a medical issue and she was amazingly reassuring and knowledgeable. As someone who has a phobia of drs, the staff here are everything I could ask for.

I have been to Paydens a couple of times the past few weeks, and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Daisy helped me with a tricky prescription even though it was busy, she was great., The pharmacy has improved a great deal since it changed hands and has new staff. would recommend.

Just had the best experience here! Thank you. Ordered my repeat prescription online with Acorn online patient access service around 11am yesterday. Approved within less than 12 hours and could see it had been approved online too. Popped into Paydens this morning (I use their auto service) at around 10am to see if I could pick it up. I work out of area so sometimes it's difficult to find time during office hours and often away at weekends too. The lady that served me said it hadn't been dealt with yet; could I come back this afternoon. When I said it was tricky, she printed it for me; asked if I could wait 5-10 mins which I was happy to do. Less than 2 minutes later, the pharmacist came out with my meds. Thank you for being efficient, friendly and customer centred. You made my day and helped me out a lot!

Dreadful service, having to wait for EIGHT days and will run out of medication, despite requesting in plenty of time. Absolutely useless, not fit for purpose.

MANY THANKS SPECIALLY TO DAISY! she is wonderful, she is making the initiative to really get the JOB done within the day we needed the Medicine the Most.. she is also compassionate and professional and seems to be handling her responsibilities very very well, she never fails to make a a follow up call and update the status of our requested prescription. Worst service . Prescription was failed to be ordered . Never rang to say it wasn't ready. When I asked why manager was very rude.....i was told they don't have time to ring everyone!
