Never seem to have repeat prescriptions ready, but main issue for me within last couple of months staff really rude, they used to be really pleasant and helpful.

I moved up to strood 2 months ago and used this pharmacy twice and both times have been appalling, prescriptions never ready, waiting around forever. I rang them over a week ago about repeat prescription, and no guessing it’s not ready!!! Not only that they went on to blame the doctors, but how the doctor sign off on it if they haven’t received it ????. All I can say is one more week and I no longer have to deal with them again and maybe just maybe my medication will actually start to work as there won’t be any breaks in it!!!!

Terrible service month after month repeat prescription never read always have to wait at least 20 minutes or more,at time my medication is never there when they say it should be,even when ordered a week in advance have lost many customers
