Amazed by the high quality, professionalism and speed of service from Van Arthur. I had previously ordered from them as a last minute request for a special birthday and had it delivered the next day. Amazing quality of the flowers ???? and reasonably priced. They are so fantastic in there and extremely helpful, plus will work within your budget. Always happy to support local businesses as much as I can as they will be the backbone of rebuilding this country ????

I ordered a bouquet for my friends birthday and I was extremely impressed. I left it down to the florist to choose the flowers and style of presentation and I was not let down at all. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and packaged very well. I will be recommending Van Arthur to friends and family and will not be using Interflora or any other florist companies anymore! After hearing many recommendations of Van Arthur in Harrow, I decided to order flowers for my sister's birthday.
When I entered the florist to place my order, I was met with bright, beautiful colours and an amazing selection of flowers. Oh the colours ???? And the smell of the flowers too! Sunflowers are my favourite and these definitely stand out in the florist.
The bouquet was ordered and ready for collection as specified. They were absolutely gorgeous! So well put together and well presented too.
My sister was in awe and so surprised to have received these. Thank you Van Arthur for bringing a smile to her face and for the effort and consideration gone into her birthday bouquet.

This might be the best florist company in London and I tried a few over the last 12 years of living here. My parents started ordered flowers for me from here and every time the team at VA goes above and beyond to deliver the freshest, stunning looking bouquets, always on time and the customer service is top-notch, very friendly, professional and all around great. There was a tiny mix up because it was an international order (so some stuff got lost in translation) and to fix it, they delivered a whole new bouquet (it was a huge one) and very high quality chocolates with a lovely note from their team attached. I mean seriously, you can't top that. Very happy with this flower shop, hope despite the difficult times for everyone following the Covid-19 they will expand further, we need more businesses like that. Definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to make something special for their loved ones, colleague or a friend. A huge thanks for your business!

Absolutely beautiful basket of flowers delivered for my Mums 60th, very happy with the arrangement, my mum, having done flowers for weddings previously in her career can be very fussy! Called the shop the day before as wanted to ensure they were delivered on her actual bday. The gentlemen was super polite, even called me on the day to say they would be with her within 20 mins. The flowers were stunning, came exact to colour preferences and well worth money paid for the larger bouquet option. Thank you!

Bought this preserved Rose valentines day 2017 based on the promise from the the person who served me that it would last 2 years. Here we are February 2019 and its still going strong. I have just had my BEAUTIFUL Christmas tree delivered by Van Arthurs and I am over the moon! My second year getting a tree from this lovely florist and this year is even better than last year. Excellent service! I ordered flowers, a casket spray and several wreaths for my mother’s funeral. They were extremely considerate and took the time to advise me on what would work best. Everything was perfect and I couldn’t be happier with the service from Aathavan and the team. Their communication was timely and appropriate during a particularly difficult time and they helped to ease some of the burden of planning a funeral. The most reliable and friendly service, they've delivered to our offices before and now to my personal home in Harrow. Not only did they come in and set up the tree but they cleaned up all the mess too! I kept them in for a tea and biscuits, lovely lovely people! Would recommend :)

Have consistently got the best quality flowers here (over 10 times in last 2 years). Recently I had what could have been a negative experience - incomplete information when ordering over the phone, resulting in much higher than expected prices. It was swiftly handled and rectified by the manager. Of course happy to continue shopping here.

My husband bought me a bouquet of flowers which cost £65. One day later, the hydrangeas had completely wilted, other flowers had also died and some of the rose petals had gone brown! I was shocked to see how quickly these beautiful flowers had lasted. I have uploaded pictures for everyone to see and am devastated that something so costly only had a life span of one day! I watered them by the second day, however there was no point as they had already died by then! Never will I go back to Van Arthur and I expect some sort of compensation for this. Absolutely terrible quality flowers!

I actually had a really good experience ordering a bouquet that I sent to my friend when her grandfather passed away. They were beautiful, very reasonably priced and delivered same day. I was glad to find a local florist as I find myself in need on of one regularly. Unfortunately, however, the website is so full of malware that my computer won't even let me view it and I've tried to call several times but get no answer, so rather frustratingly I have to now find a new florist again.
