Hobbs Pharmacy

I give up, staff are rude on the phone and they always have an excuse for never having my repeat prescription. My wife moved pharmacy's and now never has any problems. After today's experience on the phone I will certainly be going elsewhere also!

09/02/2021 8 minutes ago Today dated 09/02/2021 Went to collect my daughter prescription And have been told straight away that after 5 no prescription taken,so after a minute then she asked what is my daughter name then i have given to her then a lady at the back heard and pop her head out to see who I am and have eye to eye each other and turn round says prescription usually takes five days to be ready,so i left The door and thinking if she’s telling me the porky pies or had enough of her longday at work,we are all have a bad day ,but please at least you can still treat people White,Black so disrespectful at all

Fast, friendly and professional

I have never experienced such a shoddy service as this place. I only wish this review system allowed us to leave zero stars, but even that would be too many. Much like other reviewers, a repeat prescription at the SAME time every month is NEVER ready. They seem to think having the paper prescription in the building is a victory but that it is perfectly acceptable to NEVER have the correct amount of the medication available and NEVER have it ready on time. It is difficult to put into words quite how inept this team of people are. They should be ashamed of themselves. Incapable.

Was o.k until new owner took over now service is dire, his staff at South Darenth pharmacy confirmed this, they are brilliant and realy helpful. But Maidstone one terrible.. Doesnt deserve one star but cant put zero.

Since switching from Lloyds a Pharmacy at Allington, I have always had good service, am always able to wait to get my prescription, usually no more than ten minutes. And always polite assistants.

Awful service. Repeat prescriptions never there and blame Drs. Staff seem to lack any understanding of how to count and with 56 days medicine always insist I cannot pick up repeat for 2 months which as a minimum is 60 days- beyond a joke!!!

Slow, unreliable service! You drop your prescription off they ask you when you will collect (I normally give them a few days) go back to collect and it’s not ready so you have to wait?! Promise to do things that they don’t and just always seem to be disorganised. Wouldn’t recommend if you haven’t got time to constantly chase and stand around waiting! Need a better manager in there to crack the whip! Plus they close every lunchtime?! So when it’s your lunch break at work you cant get hold of them to chase them! How they are still in business is beyond me!!
