Excellent service from sales manager Marcus, I brought the bike in lockdown from 150 miles away and Marcus was on the end of the phone whenever I had a random question of wanted more pictures to drool over. Great price and great service. 5 Stars.

Awful experience with buying parts. Ordered a KTM rear tail light, the red lens cover broke and fell apart with vibration on very first ride (images attached). Totally stone-walled by customer service unwilling to offer any form of decent compensation (other than order the same bad part at "cost price") or help the warranty claim against KTM who are claiming I crashed (they also said I had probably been off-roading which is also not true but quite amusing considering they make off road bikes "ready to race" - "ready to race" apart from the tail light apparently!). I have been stone walled by KTM and P&H Motorcycles and I really feel robbed..... As a compromise I suggested they give me a credit note for the profit they made on the part and they still refused this. The amount is just pennies but the principle really matters..... clearly not losing face is more important to them. Short sightedness has lost them another customer for future orders.
P&H Motorcycles - please spare me your template response to this review with the pretence that you actually care, it does not save your image... Just thought I would warn other riders what to expect from you. Thank you.

Great place if you want to purchase a bike and nothing else - appalling for customer service and anything related. Don't get me wrong, the staff here are lovely but anything else is merely the standard you expect from any business.
Gary managed to sell me a bike but on the first meeting with him to discuss the purchasing he did not know the price of the bike and attempted to input a higher price (about £500 more than the actual price of the bike), claiming that he was looking at the wrong model. After telling him his error he did not take fault until he looked at the sales sheet on the bike itself - it is worrying when a salesman does not know about the bike he is selling!
It was also clear that he did not bother to look through the documents that came with the bike - again, it is worrying when a salesman does not know about the bike he is selling. He wrongly told us that we would not be provided with free breakdown service yet upon finally bringing the bike home we discovered that Kawasaki and RAC were providing comprehensive complementary break down insurance for a year. This has lead to a meaningless waste of money taking out breakdown assistance separately.
When also discussing the price of servicing, before meeting Gary, we were met with another sales representative who discussed the prices with us. He told us that the average cost of a car servicing is about £140 and for a bike is about £75. We confirmed this with Gary when he was discussing the prices of the first big service for the bike with us (about £120) and he was 'shocked' to hear the prices we were told. He then brought over the other sales representative who, quite aggressively, defended his words and claimed he was discussing labour rates and not final prices. But who compares service prices using labour rates and not the final price you pay??
Besides the sales, the products on sale in the shop are ridiculously overpriced and you are far better off getting a good deal on sportsbikeshop. We were told that they could not price match the goods SBS had on sale because if they did, they would be in a loss. This is simply an issue with the business and not with the consumer.
The only two positives awarding a 1 star is the fantastic handling of COVID-19 and the checking of temperatures/hand sanitizing/compulsory face mask requirement in the building. The staff member manning the door and inviting customers inside was also incredibly warm, friendly and helpful.

brought bike back to the service department they must be on commission in there just trying to get you to spend money to do
thing on bike that was a problem before I bought it .since then I have called Pandh to test drive a ktm 1290 model sales man was talking to me and treating me like I am a time waster so I called Laguna motorcycles ashford very helpfull and polite did not talk to you rude like I’m wasting there time they let me test drive the bike I wanted I liked it and brought it from them excellent customer service at Laguna motorcycles unlike Pandh salesmen. on another occasion I was buying a bike private that had been serviced at Pandh I called to check it was serviced there and stamps were genuine the worker that answered when realised I’m not buying something become rude and uninterested in confirming the bike was serviced there staff must be on commission because they become very unhelpful And rude unless they know they are getting a sale .

Do not get your bike serviced at this place they are inept. They incorrectly tightened my chain so my wheel was out of alignment sent them the picture and no apology just lame excuses. I did 650 miles to Scotland over four days before checking and adjusting the chain then I noticed the mistake. I emailed Phill in service and he handled it really badly saying customer's need to check over their bikes when collecting them first. What a joke why take your bike to a Yamaha service centre if you have to do that. Total lack of care has been taken by the mechanics was told I hit a pothole that made the bolt wind itself in what a joke. I really question if they do the work see the other post. They will sell you a bike happily enough but the service department is inept and don't know what they are doing. Said they couldn't do anything unless they did an inspection funny that as I am in Scotland.

Visited this motorcycle shop today, after communicating with Steve via email, he was very helpful on the phone and response to my emails, what a lovely clean shop fully stocked with lots of shiny bikes. I was looking for a bike as a present for my husband. I successfully purchased one. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. They even arranged delivery for me. As a woman and a complete novice when it comes to bikes Alan Explained everything to me over a nice cup of tea and was very kind, professional and clearly loved his job he spoke very positively about the company. I felt confident purchasing a bike from them and will be returning in the future. If you are looking for a motorbike I recommend you give these guys a go! 5 Stars from me!

After 2 visits to the Service Dept within 6 months for repairs and servicing to my bikes I’ve been very impressed with the staff who have dealt with me – always friendly and professional. I particularly like the way they ensured they understood my requirements and then kept me informed of progress on the repairs. The Technicians also get a thumbs-up for diagnosing and fixing an unusual problem with my front suspension. I will definitely be using PH for future servicing.

New honda NC750XA - Finance needed to be pushed for a special promotion which ran out a day after contacting P&H, Gary one of the members of staff sorted everything out for me and prompted all of the paperwork and contacts so that i was able to proceed with the acceptance without loosing out on the special promotion. Without a doubt the best dealership i've ever dealt with, no pressure to sign, i was offered coffee/tea before even looking at the paperwork and after everything was signed he again offered before i left.
Covid safe with measures in place, along with useable hand sanitizer and a one way entry system. The entrance is wheelchair accessible via the entrance ramp and 2m distancing in effect.

Brought a bike today of salesman Carl from p&h for my son.
Great bike he is so happy and Carl literally sat with my son making sure he understood all the functions of the bike, Really can't get this type of service from anywhere real top guy.

Have used them for years now, great service and now to the point I know most of the staff by name. I had the bike serviced today there, they went the extra mile in two ways: firstly the bike was valeted afterwards which I wasn’t expecting and really was a nice touch, then to top it off clothing really looked after me with a race suit cover. That approach to customer service deserves a mention and I hope Paul reads this as he should know what his team do. Sometimes the little things have the biggest impact.

Part Exchanged my bike here for a new Tracer George was an absolute star and very helpful, knowledgeable and overall made the whole process fun and easy.

Highly recommend P&H and have nothing but good things to say about the team, owner and establishment.
William Love (Sales Department) managed to sort out a super good deal on a new 2019 KTM 1290 SUPERDUKE R but the overall customer service, swift response time and honesty was the main attraction over other dealers who were much closer to me.
Luke Styles (Aftersales manager) also provided an amazing service with useful information and looked after my bikes 1st service in good time.
I'd happily ride the hours journey from London to P&H knowing that i am being treated fairly as a customer.

I am updating my review of P&H as after my bad experience with them I must say they have improved beyond my expectations. Their driver Ian picked my bike up(great guy) and they have serviced the bike and replaced the brake lines on my bike under warranty. To be honest I was dreading putting it in for service but the whole experience was hassle free with very friendly staff. Thank you Luke for your help ????

Bikers beware. I will not be taking my bike to this place even if they paid me. People I know have taken in their new bikes for a service. only to discover they lie about doing the work. Not only that, I knew an ex mechanic who was told to ‘wipe over a bike’ that was booked in for its first service and say it had been done. As a result, he left.
My personal experience, bike was scratched, ignition barrel damaged. When I mentioned it to them after collecting, the thug/main mechanic came storming over and forced the used two hands to force the key across. Then laughed in my face and said ‘Goodbye’ sarcastically and walked off. Whatever happened to good old customer service. What a joke of a so called ‘reputable’ bike dealer!
Simply put, AVOID!

I’ve used P&H for servicing and for fitment of damaged parts.
I’ve got to say Luke who’s service manager is a top man! I’ve spoken with him a few times over the phone or if I’ve just rocked up to book the bike in for whatever needed doing.
Again Ellen who’s a service customer advisor is great! I’ve spoken with her over the phone about getting the bike up to Crawley for work needed done on it.

Customer service doesn't get any better than that provided by P&H …. a really caring and professional team who really push the boat out when it comes to looking after the customer. I found myself in a really tight spot with a shredded tyre, late afternoon, with an important appointment I had to keep 100 miles away. Phil and his colleagues picked me up, made the repair, sorted me out and I made my deadline. An outstanding bunch, good fun too
