Everyone is super friendly and efficient and nothing is too much trouble ever.
Even offering me and my parents a free delivery.
Ther service you get there is hard to get anywhere these days.

Whilst waiting to speak to the staff onsite I watched them serve an elderly lady. They explained what medication she has and how to take it. It was clearly a repeat prescription but they took time to listen to her. My own experience is easy to summarise: Professional, polite and able to provide a prescription that neither Boots nor
Lloyd’s could do. Outstanding customer service as well. The so called ‘bigger’ organisations have lost the spirit that the team at Cobham have.
