Always helpful, professional and polite. Queues are rare and when one exists, it’s only short. They give a first class service to the town.

The staff at Chappells have always been ever so helpful and understanding. As a patient of Saxonbury House all my life the pharmacy being on site has become a great asset, repeat prescriptions can be collected very quickly and new prescriptions can be collected at the same time as seeing a doctor. Thanks to all the staff for your continued great work Paul x

Very helpful and caring. Always a kind word no matter how busy they are (very often). If a required drug is not in stock, they will order it with the statement that it will be here tomorrow - and it is; very reliable.

The hall mark of these people. Refusing to hear a complaint about the treatment of a disabled customer A lady with brain damage called for assistance. The staff talked over her, did not listen, this causes understandable distress, as her medication and understanding the issues around this is important, and belittling people in this way prevents understanding. As a carer I then called up the owner asked me to listen to him. I did he then refused point blank to hear out my concerns hanging up on the carer for a lady with brain damage. Mull that over, refusing to hear a complaint about the treatment of a disabled customer. That is the hall mark of these people. They do not care about those most deserving of care, yet they work in care. Steer clear of these foul wretches
