This is one of my favourite spots in Little Venice not only because of their beautiful flowers, delicious pastries & chocolates and great coffee but most importantly the warm and friendly service from the wonderful team who run the shop.

What a shop! Friendliest staff ever. We order coffee on a regular basis, absolutely delicious and comes with Leonidas chocolate. Flowers are unbelievable quality, starting out beautiful and remaining that way for almost two weeks. The shop also has cards candles and other goods. Highly recommended all round

Lovely place on the corner of Formosa street. Great place to buy flowers and other gifts, as well as of course select from a great range of nice chocolates. Also the place to go for a hot chocolate or coffee, baguette or pastry. Assistants are lovely - great little spot. Highly recommend.

Awful service from the husband and wife team who run the shop. So rude and only interested if you’re swiping your card without asking any questions. They’re lucky to be in a neighbourhood where nobody questions!

Love this place. Beautiful décor. You can buy flowers in the basement and on the ground floor they have delicious chocolates, coffee / tea amongst other things such as cards, gifts etc. Highly recommend this place!

I have been ordering from the USA for my girlfriend Thoa ever since the covid shut down. we haven't seen each other now in 11 months. Julia has taken care of all my needs and has become my prime source of gifting . the chocolates are of the highest quality as is their gorgeous long stem Naomi Roses , everything boxed and wrapped to accentuate the experience. The patience and unparalleled hospitality bestowed upon me with each and every order makes for a familiar and family like experience even at their busiest times. I was lost in the area trying to find my way to little Venice. I saw the store and the asthetics and set up was fantastic and hence we made a visit to try their Belgian chocolates and drinks. I'm my opinion this place serves the best hot chocolate in town. The owner is friendly and a warm person. A must visit I would say.

I get my flowers from this shop on a regular basis as the quality and service is really excellent. I actually had hydrangea that I bought from here which lasted 4 weeks...I could have even kept them for a couple more days! The shop owners are also really sweet. They often give my 3 year old a little flower which she of course loves! I once had a situation where my irises didn’t bloom well (probably because of the way I handled them) and the owners gave me a a new bunch at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised! Would really recommend a visit...flowers, chocolates, a coffee, and the service!

I lost my personal belongings and quite a lot of cash and was contacted by this business claiming they had found it. I had no contact number, which made it hard to find me. However, they went the extra step and contacted me through social media. Most would not have done the same. Please show support to this business, especially during these hard times!

My favourite cozy shop in London! Their window so attractive, you can’t stop going inside. We can't recommend Formosa Flowers enough. They custom-made beautiful crowns with fresh flowers for both our daughters' First Holy Communion. A cosy & cute place with the friendliest staff in London. Upon entering a lovely Japanese staff greeted me with the most genuine smiles. Here for 30 mins and all the staff said hi and smiled....how nice! With only 30 mins to spare I only ordered a tea and they kindly offered me a delicious Belgium chocolate....to enjoy with gentle melody playing in the background and the scent of the softest and sweetest flowers of spring. To wrap up my wonderful experience the staff from Istanbul offered me a bag of Turkish delights to sample later. It’s so rare to find a hidden gem and can’t wait to return.
