Without a doubt the worst GP I have ever registered to. I have registered this GP 3 years ago. Today I gave a call to book an appointment and learnt my registration is de-activated. And the secretary could not explain why this has happened. She recommended me to register to another GP! What a joke!

Went to ask for the prescription of some acne treatment. After underlying that I would rather not go on the pill - as I have been before a few times already with annoying side effects - but be provided with alternative solutions, Dr XXX insists - multiple times - should go on the pill supporting her (personal) belief that condoms are not safe contraceptive measures. I felt someway threatened and judged. I also feel that doctors shouldn't be pushing the pill so easily but consider its prescription carefully since there are side effects and it's extra hormones for your body.

Without a doubt one of the best medical centres I have ever been to. Each doctor and Nurse I have seen treats you with the utmost care and respect. Excellent facilities and pleasant atmosphere

Asked them if they could post me some forms to register as was unable to drive due to recent C section. They were unable to help and I had to print them off. I said I didn't have a printer and wanted to book my newborn into see a doctor asap. They still couldn't help or make an acception. Sent my dad in to pick up some forms, they refused to give him the forms as they wanted to see me in person. Whilst waiting to speak to someone more senior my dad noticed on a board, 0 doctors available today, 1 nurse available and 2 hr waiting time. Decided this wasn t the surgery for us. No kindness or understanding that I was recovering from surgery with a newborn. When I spoke to the practice manager they said they were unable to send forms, as imagine how much it would cost it they posted forms to everyone.

The only available appointments are in the morning, no matter when I'm calling.

SHOCKING!!!! Lady on front desk it’s unhappy and unhelpful! All I needed was a right to drive note from the doctor. She took my details and still heard nothing I rang to Make an appointment to deal with my Matter with the doctor and she said I can’t just see a doctor for that they will contact me...............still waiting now! Shocking doctors will be moving very soon! DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS DOCTORS

Every one of the staff is very helpful, caring and professional.
