My sister had her breast augmentation screwed up TWICE here in 2016, leaving her permanently disfigured, she was given an infection and asked to accept a refund for signing a none disclosure agreement! The matter still haven't been resolved in 2021! Terrible, inhumane treatment, I don't understand how they're still in business, PLEASE don't let them do this to anyone else.

All surgeons are self employed. There is no come back with Transform when the surgeons make mistakes Transform has gone into liquidation. Surgery went wrong and is now left someone I know scarred for life.
Had to take the surgeon to court. Won the case. He has refused to pay. The surgeon is present on most web sites and advocates to resolve conflict early also gives advice on line about good plastic surgeons and procedures.
The surgeon is now banned from practising as a surgeon but still transform do not take responsibility or offer to correct the botched up body of a 24 year old.
Transform continues to trade under a new limited company name following the claim They refused to correct the surgery.

I have had a couple of treatments here , microdermabrasion and obagi blue radiance peel. My therapist was Nadia Imran and I always look forward to my treatments. Nadia is really lovely and very knowledgeable and I feel very relaxed in her presence. She is a highly skilled and trained therapist and is informative with regards to any treatment you have any questions about. She goes through step by step during the procedure so you are always comfortable . I would definitely recommend Nadia Imran to carry out your treatments if you are looking to book at the pines clinic.

The care I received prior to, during and after my surgery has been great. Mr Gesakis and the staff at Transform have been very thorough and detail orientated when tending to my needs, concerns and questions. I am extremely happy I finally took the step and love my results! I wouldn't have changed a thing and I am glad that I chose Mr. Gesakis for my surgery and follow up care.

Shocking aftercare... and pointless warranty! Go elsewhere
Had my uplift and implants in 2014... one is higher than the other. Went back last month was told £3k for the implants to be removed ! And £5k for new implants ! Baring in mind I paid £5500 back in 2014. Extremely untrustworthy company, I feel conned out of money and left with the reminder everyday with the botched job they have done. Cathy the sales personnel is shocking! Not understanding tries to blame the shocking service on me! I honestly think all they want is your money.

I’ve just had my second session of IPL laser treatment from Nadia Imran at The Pines Clinic. I am so pleased with my results. I have a facial scar from being a test patch that I had at another place where I received laser treatment so I had been very reluctant to look for treatment elsewhere. However as soon as I met Nadia I felt right at ease. She is very knowledgeable about the skin. She especially had great advice for my particular skin type, advice I’d never heard before. For years I’ve had problems with hairs on my chin and ingrowing hairs. My first appointment with Nadia was for microdermabrasion. Following that treatment my skin glowed and the acne scars and facial scars have all faded significantly. I cannot thank Nadia enough and I highly recommend her, she’s amazing!!

Would recomend transform to anybody my surgeon Mr Gesakis is so honest and professional and a real perfectionist i couldnt be happier with my results if ever hav any other cosmetic surgery i will definitely be returning to him. All the nurses on the ward are lovely and my anesthetist was lovely very reassuring made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. ????

I had breast enlargement surgery on the 8 June 2019. An it’s horrific he put the wrong implants in me and gave me double bubble affect. They have try’d to correct it on 2nd July and still have the same problem. I’m suing and I wouldn’t recommend this place to your pet.

Transform from the beginning have been fantastic from the reception staff to my consultation with Catherine Marshall to the incredible and very talented surgeon mr from the start I was made to feel comfortable by him he knew exactly what my goal was and tailored what I wanted even his after care has been amazing and he’s always on hand for any of my questions transform have given me back my confidence thanks to the capable hands of mr Gesakis thank you again!

VERY POOR SERVICE!!! I had laser hair removal done on my back by there UNTRAINED employee who burnt my back so badly and left burn marks on all my back. I was in so much pain for weeks.
I made a complaint and they done nothing about it. Instead made me buy expensive cream for £275 which didnt do anything.
Its been over 5 months and now im left with scars on back for the rest of my life..
They clearly dont take there complaints seriously.
I would not recommended this place to anyone. Dont waste your money and time on this unprofessional firm with UNTRAINED workers.. i have also posted a picture of my back so every one can see there poor work

Fantastic staff, very friendly very helpful and caring, always happy to help during your stay day and night staff. Many thanks to you all for the fantastic service, very pleased with ms Maggie and her professionalism and fantastic results with my breast augmentation, would recommend the company for anyone, and I was skeptical pre meetings with staff etc, food was beyond expectations also, the only thing I would say is communication between staff was a little lacking and had to go over things a few times but that's merely being picky obviously staff are very busy, as I said had no issues at all here with Transform fantastic company fantastic results highly recommend.

I arrived yesterday lunch time and was greeted with friendly staff and allocated a spotlessly clean room. I met with the staff, nurse, anaesthetist and spoke with my surgeon who where all very reassuring and answered any questions.
I came around from surgery in recovery feeling groggy but not uncomfortable.
On arriving to my room I was served water, tea and biscuits and then my lunch which was lovely. Staff are always on call should you need anything.
I am currently eating breakfast and then being discharged home, my operation went fantastic and I am sooo pleased with the results. I highly recommend abby pines and wish to thank all the staff for their kindness and hospitality.

Disappointing. I made an enquiry regarding rhinoplasty and managed to get a cancellation with their sale rep/admissions person. I explained what I had an issue with and she advised someone called Dr David Carl Jones. We made arrangements to meet the surgeon in January meaning I waited a month for my surgeon consult. (At this point I didn't mind the wait) The lady I initially met with stated I'd need a simple closed rhinoplasty. Thankfully my partner said as I had to wait a month why didn't I try a few other surgeons and get some surgical clarity on what I'd need. I met with another few surgeons who all said open surgery with other alterations so I didn't look odd after surgery. A few days before my appointment with David Carl jones I received a call to state my appointment was cancelled. I tried to rearrange as the woman gave me another date. With the late cancellation and new date I couldn't make it so called back. The receptionist was abrupt, rude and most unhelpful. Getting nowhere she said she'd call me back to sort it as the next date free was late February... That would be another 5 weeks to wait. She said she'd get someone to call after the weekend and no surprise but no phone call. Overall very disappointed and booked myself in with another hospital

I had a terrifying experience there many years ago I was foreced into having silicone implants that I have been sick from ever since.
They advertised the new supposed to be safe Trilucent implants in a well known glossy magazine. I was told I by the surgeon at consultation Yes we do have them and said i would definitely get them. so i paid my deposit but after being driven all the way there and paying the remainer due in cash on arrival. I was told they did not have them..it was shocking to be told you can have silicone or saline intsead I said no way I told you I would never have them. And the only reason i decided to get implants was because of your Trilucent advertisment and assurance they were the safe ones you assured me I would get Trilucent like you advertised so even more shocked to be told ok you can think about it I will come back shortly if you don't want what we have you can find your own way home.
I had never been to Manchester before did not a clue where I was and any way of getting home from there to Scotland I was so scared..and it all got worse!!
Have been very ill ever since getting them now have capsular contracture had it for years bottom of breast are badly drooping soft tissue with painful hard lumps I developed autoimmune diseases and many symptoms soon after getting these implants they wrecked my life I I have breast implant illness the aftercare is virtually non existant. Many calls no call returns. I will never forgive Transform never.

Had septo rhinoplasty 4 days ago. The staff at tranform were amazing. Made me feel relaxed and comfortable the whole time... From start to finish they were caring and attentive. I was very nervous pre op, which i now know i didnt need to be as they wer so comforting and friendly. The whole experiance was a very positive one. All the team were absolutly A*. Would like to thank them all very much for caring for me so well pre and post op... from my surgeon (mr ottiviani) to the nurses, to the anaethestist, and the theatre staff... All really lovely people.

Service initially was positive and clinician was friendly, clear and honest. Problem is with receiving deposit after declining procedure. A month to receive deposit back is simply unacceptable and pure bad practice. Deposit is taken instantly and no reason why it should take a month to return deposit.
Very poor practice and the reason I will not return to this company.
