Covid 19: NHS Staff and Consultant top class and as understanding as Covid 19 can allow them to be thank you so much.
All Covid rules strictly adhered to, must wear a mask (for over 2 hours in my case) reinforced and in place from entrance to hospital to clinic. Some people upset as no one can accompany you on your visit unless you are disabled. Waiting time 2 hrs. No staff or notice to say why delays unless poor receptionist asked. Many distressed patients to see and security called in to reinforce rules on anxious people. Not a pleasant visit anymore. A hospital is about people and their well being. Everything being enforced rigorously lacks compassion. I think people respond more to kindness than severity in their treatment.

I had my baby here on 07/03/2020. I can not thank my carers enough after a long and hard labour/delivery. I greatly recommend Sid on Sara ward/induction and Annabel on delivery unit. Thank you for bringing me my little boy :)

Beautiful hospital with well trained staff and brilliant doctors. Most of the midwives I encountered, however, were quite rude. One or two were lovely and very helpful but the majority were hostile and condescending. If you don't like your job it's probably a good idea to find another especially if your attitude effects your behaviour.

Went to unit 24 for a scan for the first time. Clinical team, the service is good. Especially the ultrasound team she provides me with the best comfort during scanning to ensure I don't feel any pain. Would highly recommend.

First experience bad. They created a mess with appointments , so we wasted 2 hours. No one apologies . After few weeks another bad experience with midwife Irene. I've been asked to come urgently to the hospital. I had to cancel all my appointments and once I was there, no one has been able to explain the reason why I had to come with such urgency.Eventually the reason was a missing information that I provided already two weeks before. I try to call same day and next day Irene. She didn't answer or call me back.

Beautiful room, trainee midwife was amazing, helath care assistant was very on the ball and caring.
My actual midwife was rude, abrupt, did not pay any attention, didnt care, self obsessed to the point she didn't even know my baby had been born even though she was in the same room!

Hate this Hospital so much just want pregnancy to be over so i dont have to go here anymore midvives assume everything always think they are right. They are very nasty and personaly attack you with insults. Despite telling them the truth they still bring it up in letters and computer. I wish i went to Harlow for my pregnancy. Midvives and consultant are nothing but bullies. (Lesson learned)

Very disappointed with the delivery unit. My sister gave birth and the midwife was named Greek lady named Roula and she was clueless. Didn't know basic things and made so many mistakes which could have potentially been dangerous to my sister. Just another example of incompetent and unqualified people working for the NHS.

Incredible quality of care from the mid-wives, the utmost professionalism and care in supporting our birth plan.
The birth centre's facilities have a touch of luxury spa about them along with a world renowned hospital just through some double doors if you need them. When I describe it to people they think it's a private hospital for celebrities! This is really a gold standard of what birth centres should be!

Every single time I come to accompany my sister to her appointments people from the reception seem to be so rude so careless of people. They sigh when questions are asked it’s almost sad to know that pregnant people have to go through situations like I personally feel terrible that I suggested the place and she keeps being mistreated. Unless this is a race situation because she was a lot nicer to the people after us. Extremely disappointed would not recommend. (Ultrasound reception and clinic 21 reception) I understand one bad day but more than two is unbelievable

Several bad experiences over 3 years after dealing with the hospital. Some of the doctors/staff do not care the patients at all. Everytime I went there had to wait more than 1 hour and when you finally talk to a so-called consultant, they did not want to listen your medical history or details. The attitude towards patients are problematic, you feel they blame you for being in the hospital.
They also had a private 'fetal care' clinic on the same site, worst service I ever got. I spend around £500 to have a antenatal test, and at the beginning I was told the result would get back to me in 3 working days. It turned out my husband had to chased them for 2 weeks asking the first result. After 4 weeks of my test, I had to make more than 20 calls in 2 days to chase them up. After they did not contact me on time, they tried to blame me saying my email or mobile were wrong. The worst the service I ever came across. Ironically, they charged the money very quick, 2 weeks even before my test.

Everyone seems to loiter around without any time sense. Patients keep waiting for ages. There is no time of the appointment as it will take entire day. NHS workers are the least productive workers I've seen in UK!
