Disastrous flower bouquet !
To whom it may concern,
I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the flower bouquet that I had received on 22/03/2021.
In 22/03 was my birthday and for the occasion my partner surprised me with a wonderful bouquet from your shop. The order was placed from Italy where he’s staying at the moment. I was delighted cause I love flowers and especially on my birthday.
The bouquet was wonderful the first and second day but unfortunately it did not last very long. The third day the bouquet stated fading, changing colour and the roses stated falling off from the branches as they were started rotten. As you can see on picture that will be provided. Basically the I kept the bouquet for less than 5 days because it completely rotten
The reasons for me being outraged are following :
1- The extreme high cost of the bouquet ( €127)
2. Wrong item description that misled us ( it was described as a large Lila shaded bouquet and came out to be small/medium size and rotten orange shade)
3. Bad quality flowers that go out of date after 3/5 days.
To be honest with you that the first time in my life that I experienced a bouquet that does not last ! Usually I can keep a bouquet up to 3/4 weeks depending on the quality.

Half the order didn’t arrive, the other half arrived late. I’ve contacted support twice now and heard nothing back - a very shoddy operation! I would highly recommend Bloom and Wild instead.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day & was informed 7pm the evening before that my order was not able to be fulfilled. Poor communication & planning on arguably one of the busiest days of the year. I would put your trust in another company to deliver.

First time of ordering from this company for flowers and can honestly say am over the moon. My mum has sent me a picture of them and they are gorgeous - even nicer than how they appeared on the website. I’ve never been overly impressed by other companies I’ve used when I get to see pictures of the actual flowers that turn up, but this company I will most definitely be using in the future! Thank you so much!!!

I sent flowers from Canada to my sis in London and they delivered a beautiful bouquet that lasted ages.
The people in the shop were so very helpful and polite and even on Christmas Eve about two hours before going home, they were delivered.
I will always call them in future.

Extremely happy to drop a quick review for this fabulous new flower shop. I work locally and to see this right on Our doorstep is perfect!
I was pressed for time and asked for a last minute bouquet, the assistant was more than happy to help.
I couldn’t have been happier, the bouquet was exceptional and given my request was amazing value!

There was such an amazing selection of flowers available, I was soo spoilt for choice, hence why I required help creating the perfect anniversary bouquet for my parents.
The flowers were super fresh and the colours were bright and vibrant.
