It can often take 10 mins for staff to find our prescriptions. Meanwhile people are queueing outside. Their system doesn't seem to be working efficiently.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Their system had an issue and wasn't showing my prescription information, but they do nothing to help resolve it for you they are just rude and blunt and can't be bothered.

Pharmacists and staff are mostly very helpful. Getting prescriptions sometimes takes longer than it should as the system for storage presents uncertainty for staff. Generally there will be a queue.
