Satellite out patients assessment centre of kettering GENERAL HOSPITAL Nhs trust gives patient's East of the county the optiitions of having assessments without going to the main hospital in kettering minor surgery can be undertaken on site along with X-ray appointments, mobile screening units are also located at the side of the building to help promote health checks and patient's to get screened without travelling into the main hospital.

Rang and rang during opening times and I was constantly cut off. I don’t know if there is an issue with your phones it’s 10.58 on Thursday, 8th April 2021. I am trying to book an ultrasound for my daughter to ring yourselves as instructed by the GP.

Had blood test earlier today and whilst it was quick, easy and most Covid rules were adhered to I was very surprised that I was only asked by the lady at reception if I had a high temperature....there was no physical temperature check! Surely this is the most important check before entering the clinic!

Hats off to the staff here.
All really friendly and well organised. Waiting times are long for your bloods but it's out of there control and they are doing everything they can to help speed the process along.

Took my daughter for her first blood test this morning. We arrived early so were seen very quickly. Two amazing nurses helped/distracted my 5 year old and she didn't even know she had had her blood taken! Topped off with lots of praise and stickers, left one happy little girl!

Think that they should have wash basin by the door for people like me that can't use hand sanitizer now my skins burning and itch because not allowed in with out useing the hand sanitizer some people have very sensitive skin hand basin would be an alternative solution

Had a helpful tip off that queuing starts outside from about 7.30am. Doors opened promptly. Clean facilities, friendly staff and a simple system of taking a ticket from a supply on the wall then attending when the number was called and displayed on a wall-mounted monitor.

The outpatient building is slightly out of the way but it makes up for free parking with plenty of spaces. The place is clean and tidy. The building is new and has views of rolling hills so all in all it has a positive vibe. It's easy to find on GPS.

I have always been impressed with Nene Park on the several visits I have made there, because it is a most pleasant place, very clean and light, with ample free car parking, and easy to get to. On my recent visits I have been to the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist Dept., for a long standing condition, and I was very pleased with the results of those visits with the exercises given, for I see an improvement in my mobility and its consequent lessening of pain. In particular I was very impressed with the physiotherapist who I saw on the 4 occasions I visited - Milena. She was very efficient, effective, professional, friendly - all of which made it a pleasure to be there. Thank you very much indeed.

We have had quite a few appointments at this clinic and we have always been treated with courtesy and helpfulness. It is very easy for us to access with a wheelchair and have never had any unduly long waits. We are very lucky to have this facility near to us to save the trip To Kettering and all the problems there with parking. So five stars to the facility and the staff for making difficult times easier to cope with.

Nene Park Outpatients Clinic was opened in 2011 and replaced the old Rushden Memorial Clinic. It is run by Kettering General Hospital Foundation Trust as a satellite unit, and offers phlebotomy and radiology services locally to avoid going to Kettering General Hospital. Clinics are also catered for including renal clinics. Physiotherapy and Older People's Mental Health Services are provided by Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS FoundationTrust. Much better for the local population than having to go to Kettering for an appointment.

Wednesday 18 of October I had an appointment at Gynecology urology department. After my appointments was changed from 20 of August till 20 of November and after they changed on 18 of October. Ok Wednesday I get there with 5 minutes early. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hospital was looking clean. I get in the room with a doctor and another 2 nurses. They was friendly and approachable. And my doctor start asking me questions about the reason that brings me there and I was just feeling uncomfortable and nervous to talk about the intimate part of my body in front of 3 people. I asked the nurses if I just can remain whit the doctor and it was fine for them. I started to explain to the doctor the reasons why I am there and explaining that I don't feel well and after all he decided that I am fine, that it's nothing to worry about and I left with the same problems that I come in. Now I just feel that I have to make an appointment at a private hospital.

I've visited for blood tests, physhiotherapy, MRI scan and opthalmology. I've been seen by people who are great at what they do, very professional, cordial and approachable. The advice and treatment I've been given has helped immeasurably. Add to this the fact that the building is relatively modern and fit for purpose, that the car parking is adequate - and free! - and it adds up to an all-round good place to visit should you have the need.

Cannot fault them once you are there - clean, inviting premises - efficient staff - BUT frustrating when you are trying to get them on the telephone. I have tried to ring them 5 times over the past 2 days and the phone just rings and rings. As I live in Wellingborough, it is quite a long way to travel and I wanted to check a department was open before I set off. I will take a chance and hope I don't have a wasted journey.

I have had to go several times for X-rays & blood tests.
I would like to say,that every time I was there I never had to wait to long to be seen, the staff are very professional in what they do,

pathology always a long wait or closed early or closed so they can catch up, very hard when u have to work until 2pm, how are the workers supposed to get a blood test done , not going to kettering hospital when u have to pay to pack ,3 days i have been trying to get a blood test done, it dont help when doctors surgery only do morning blood test.
