I used Paul Thomas Flowers to make and deliver a bouquet to the dinner in a restaurant nearby. It was my girlfriends birthday dinner and i couldn’t attend while being far away abroad. On our engagement, my fiancé bought me a gorgeous bouquet from PTF and several months later they did an exceptional job of our wedding flowers.
Jessica and Sarah were especially helpful, efficient and creative! Bouquets, buttonholes and floral hairbands were beautiful. Delivery was also wonderfully early during the protests.

Honestly, it's a little bit strange for me to make a comment about such places, but I want to express my contentment. Excellent service and very helpful and qualified staff. My wife had a birthday and I wanted to buy a magnificent bouquet - she deserves it! A nice lady, working there, was so kind and very helpful. I had no idea what to choose, but thanks to her I surprised my wife with beautifully arranged lilies. I am so grateful for the perfect service!

This is one delightful flower shop with extremely cheerful and courteous flower-lady. I think she really enjoys her job and it is so nice a person like that to welcome you and show you the flowers they have. She always picks up seasonal flowers and wraps up a beautiful bucket for me.

I have been a loyal client of Paul Thomas for almost 5 years now, and I must say, that this company provides the best service in London. First of all, the quality of the flowers is up to the highest standards, but this is not the main USP in my eyes. Their flexibility in terms of the delivery, choice, and other factors Paul Thomas provide is truly unique, which is why I would recommend this shop to anyone interested in purchasing flowers!
