I had a hip replacement 6 weeks ago, J Luscombe was my surgeon. I cannot thank him enough, my recovery rate has exceeded my expectations.
I would also like to thank the nurses and physio therapists during these difficult times for their care during my stay in hospital.

Saw Ms Moon today thanks to the lovely Jane Green a secretary in a million...she gave me light at the end of my v v painful tunnel last week.. couldn't have been any more helpful ...and sympathetic to my problem

I was extremely well cared-for by all staff at Southbank and it was a particular joy to discover ex-pupils among the nursing staff! My anaesthetist was reassuring as was my consultant and he has done an excellent job. Unfortunately I had left essential medication behind but could get no response from the ward to 2 messages I left next morning. My husband did eventually collect the medicines.

I have recently had my operation at South Bank Hospital. From the moment
I arrived I was very well looked after. The treatment and care was outstanding, from admission to theater/ward I couldn't fault anything. My consultant was very welcoming and friendly and explained everything very well. Would highly recommend South Bank to all my friends and family.

Amazing staff on the wards, caring and thoughtful, nothing is too much trouble. Also heard them talking to an elderly lady during the night, so patient even when they were really busy they still had time to reassure her. Thank you.

Couldn’t fault anybody at this hospital I don’t have a bad word to say . Every member of staff was amazing from the receptionists to the surgeons !
I felt so comfortable and welcome I felt totally safe . Everybody was lovely the surroundings were really comfortable clean and tidy . The entire team top notch !!

Fantastic. Total 'Hospitoliday' Staff, consultants, everyone brilliant. Only small criticism would be relating to the pillows. I'd take your own in! They're not great. Other than that, Wonderful.

I went to Spire South Bank Hospital for a day procedure as an NHS patient. I was extremely nervous but the attention and care I received there were absolutely amazing on every level. The staff were fantastic - informative, caring and genuinely interested. Special thanks to the lovely nurse Monika for her sense of humour and super professional care when I wasn't coping very well with the side effects of general anaesthetic.

My wife has had 2 partial knee replacements by Mr. Haslam, the results are tremendously good. The care she received from everyone on both occasions has been outstanding. We would recommend the hospital and the surgeon to anyone needing knee surgery.

A very clean hospital I've used this hospital several times now and always been very pleased.
The consultant I used was Mr Steven Thrush and Claire !!! Amazing ...

Never had any complaints about this hospital until now. I have been trying for 3 days to contact them to change my appointment. On the rare occasions that anyone answers the phone, I get transferred several times until I eventually get cut off. Not a good advertisement for a private hospital. I have no idea what they are playing at, except maybe because I was referred by the NHS I am not worth the bother. I have received better service from Worcester Royal!
