He gave very helpful guidance and advice on the choice of flowers; he communicated regularly with us to keep us up-to-date; he delivered the flowers in good time and in great condition. I ordered the flowers from the website, and wasn't sure how they were going to turn out. The purchase of flowers for a loved one (who is sadly no longer with us) was made very easy via the website, although I actually also rang a bespoke order through to, for the personal touch. I have to say that I was not disappointed. We talked over the bespoke order and the order i had placed via the website, both of which were to be delivered to the funeral home. Nothing was too much trouble and all wishes carried out as expected with no fuss, so I can only say thank you very much for your professionalism and dedication during what can be a difficult time especially during the pandemic. I can't recommend funeralflowerslondon enough. We asked for a bespoke wreath for my mother-in-laws funeral and were extremely happy with how it turned out. They kept me up to date to let me know the flowers had been delivered to the funeral home. Junior who I spoke to was extremely helpful and I would definitely choose to use them again. This business is the definition of disappointment, disrespect and disorganisation. They are rude and very unprofessional. Flee from them. They can’t even take simple instructions or read and understand a mood board. They offer what they can’t deliver and cancel your order last minute before the funeral. The man that I spoke to (junior) has terrible customer service and admitted that he couldn’t be bothered to send me an email to cancel. It’s not worth being messed about when your grieving and planning a funeral. Stay away.
