Officially the worst doctor surgery in Nottinghamshire. Good luck trying to ring them to make any sort of appointment. When you do finally get through and explain your child is ill they say they will call you back later.... Four hours later nothing so another battle to get through to them. Then get told there is no time frame for the call back but they close at 6pm.... It is now 17:52 and still nothing despite the issue being a sick child. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTORS DO NOT USE THIS

DO NOT register to this doctors. The customer service may aswell not exist. If your calling them up on the phone good luck. Ive called 3 times got through the phone queue to just have the phone put down on me. Ive been asked to come into the surgery to confirm my address also to find out it was allready on file. In summary dont waste your time and register to a decent surgery

Shocking health centre, Go elsewhere. Can't get past front line reception. Good luck trying to phone. Generally inept and unorganised through out. Had many problems with them when both my parents were lost. Would give half a star if possible!

Absolutely useless. With local elderly parents dependant on this awful service, it’s not possible to list how terrible this place is given the character limit placed on this review.

Moving to this surgery was the best thing i could have done.All you want when you feel poorly is a kind voice to tell you you can be seen in a reasonable amount of time.Youre never left hanging on the phone,everyone is friendly and the doctor really listens.Perfect!you can't ask for more than that.
