Extremely rude guy at the till. I live so close to here and use the car wash every two weeks, today it didn’t work correctly. Went back in to explain and was pretty much told I was a liar, the car is clean and that it’s working correctly. Isn’t it weird to review a petrol station too, crazy world.
Just don’t use the car wash and do me a favour, don’t pay for about £10 worth of chocolate and stuff. They refused to refund my car wash.

There were a good manager before who was polite and smile always , after him i do not feel confortable in that place whihc i was pop in everyday to buy something as well s my petrol, i also got a parking ticket while i was in my car because of i parked longer than maximum perido allowed, i have tried to talk with someone about it but there was no one to talk regarding this isse apart from getting letter from Euro Carparks Ltd

Rude member of staff llvanish i wouldnt spend a penny down there again .
As hospitality member i wouldnt assist a customer with that kind of manner so dispointing .

Whilst it is a convenient petrol station, the service is sometimes irrational and rude in-store depending on the staff. In particular, the night set up is very frustrating, with the station closed for long periods whilst cash is counted. When asked how long to re-open, they engage (rudely) with arrogance and flippancy or don’t respond at all. The main culprit is a very ignorant member of staff named Amex who seems to enjoy staring at customers whilst they ask questions and promptly turns his back on them. He really should not be working there at all. Thankfully the lady on night shift at the same time is excellent.
There is also no supreme/premium grade unleaded.
The Spar set up has out of date goods and the coffee machines are rarely cleaned.
The Greggs is well run

They failed to proceed my nectar points. I asked if there is any reason why they were not on the receipt. The lady who was serving me insisted that she scanned them. Not being a 'Karren', but I wouldn't mind to be contacted by the manager...

Clean and well run garage with excellent staff. I was waiting to go through the car wash and a member off staff bought some hot water because he spotted some bird poo on my car that needed some extra help in removing. Thank you.

The usual fuel.
On the Northbound side of the A3 but easy to use a bridge to access either side.

DON'T tank at this station - my bag was stolen from my car and the guy at the station did not even come out to warn me - they used the microphone which was totally unclear. Then they did not offer to help me or call the police. extremely rude also in other occasions when I filled in my tank. they only car about being paid.

As far as petrol stations go, this is the only one on this stretch of A3 but they now have a Greggs so if pastries that take you one step closer to type two diabetes are your thing then this stop is a must.
