The online store is terrible! I ordered a Tshirt, it never arrived. According to customer service they didnt even have a tracking number!! So I ordered a 2nd Tshirt... never arrived either. In the process of trying to get a refund for that.

This is a great stop off for a Beatles fan. Obviously Abby Road Studios is next door but you cant get into it as it is still a live recording studio. The gifts were pretty limited and pricey. But its worth the stop.

It's really a gift shop. While there are some interesting facts about the studio itself buried under trinkets I would have much rather taken a guided tour or a virtual tour, or really anything other than mill about a gift shop. The people working there seem to hate the job, but I can't fault them for that. It's probably tiring guiding an endless stream of clueless tourist to just the right Beatles keychain.

Great selection of new and old studio material & Beatles memorabilia. Had fun watching tourists trying to coordinate pictures at the crosswalk, in traffic.

Shop could be so much better with more Beatles related items and specifically a better variety of tshirts. The shop person was lifeless at best, so someone w a spark or at least ability to respond to questions would help. What do i know? I'm just a Beatles fan with money I want to spend.

I was in there on May 24th and purchased a red logo tee. After I wore it once, I washed it on cold water then laid it flat to dry. The shirt is now coming apart at the seam on the left side and there are big streaks all over the shirt where the red is missing! I haven’t ever had this happen with any other shirt, ever. To make this even more annoying when you contact them on the official website they email you back days later asking for an order number, even though I specifically stated I purchased the item in store. Then they tell you they can’t help you because they’re a separate company. I live in Southern California so I can’t just go back in and exchange it. What a waste of $38.
*Update*
Store manager contacted me. Advised I did not have a way of calling them as it would only cost me more money. Let her know I would be able to send photos & email as an alternative. Never heard back from her.

Very cool souvenir shop I for one feel that I can recommend! Can't really describe it but I felt the shop inside looked very nice and it was bright, organized and "professional" in a way, unlike most shops directed towards tourists. They sell lots of Abbey Road studios, The Beatles and some Pink Floyd souveniers, those type of items you expect to find in these kind of shops. Altough the prices for the products are admittedly kind of high (but absolutely not robbey-high) I felt for once that they were justified because they were all super nice looking and cool. In the shop I got that feeling of "I want to buy everything!".
If you are a fan of The Beatles or just music in general don't hesitate to at least take a look inside when visiting Abbey Rd, maybe you will find something you like too!

Expensive and a bit boring. They seem to think they are The Beatles shop, with a few other bands featured as an afterthought. But the Studios saw great classical music and loads of Hollywood soundtracks recorded in them. Well, you would never guess, from the merchandise. Pity

I am a long-time Beatle fan and the trip to Abbey Road was something I had wanted to do for a long while. I had no idea that there was a shop too! The shop is beautifully curated, sectioned into the albums. The Yellow Submarine and The White Album was a great section! I say stuck because it's much more than t-shirts (which are uber soft), mugs and pens. How 'bout those eggman/walrus egg cups? So if you are a Beatle fan..check it out!

The shop is awesome. The products have a good sense of design, unfortunaly though I had my worst experience in London there due to a woman that called her self the manager, she was so rude raising her voice to not touch the Stuff and to put back “the way I found a mug” that i was choosing to buy. I ended up buying a mug and another souvenir that will remind me of this so unpleasent moment of constraint.
I entered the store with two friends happy and left devastated. So sad a store formed mainly by beatles products to have someone so agressive and rude as a manager. The other staff seamed to be nice.

Had an awful experience today , the sales person who turned out to be the manager was extremely rude without a reason , i was with a friend who is visiting UK to see the studio and this lady started to be rude and raise her voice without a reason while my friend was avout to pay and he was making his final decision on what to buy , i quickly went to see what was going on , then she turned and said “ im not talking to you “ i said to her there was no reason to treat us like that , then she started to shout for us to leave , everyone in the shop were static including her collegues , when we left one the staff apologised but felt powerless to do anything .
These lady who we did not get the name so called the MANAGER , should be in charge of a such special place like the abbey road shop as she is not eqquipped to deal with people .
So if you are thinking of going there , keep your expectations low as you about to experience the worst customer service you will ever see in your life .

The shop has everything you might want as a Beatles or music fan, but I felt compelled to write this review after witnessing what I consider to be disgusting behaviour from a member of staff.
On June 2nd I was visiting when a fellow patron, who had noticed that some Harry Potter score and soundtracks had been recorded there, asked a member of staff, who later identified herself as the manager, if they stocked any memorabilia associated with this. The manager proceeded to raise her voice and ask the man "Do you know where you are sir? This is Abbey Road....." she continued in this vain and ridiculed this man, in my opinion, for no reason at all.
Worse, however, was when the gentleman left the store the lady proceeded to ridicule him to her workmates and those being served at the tills in a voice loud enough to project to me all the way at the back of the store. It, in fact, projected outside too as the gentleman concerned heard what was going on and returned to defend himself. It was at this point the lady identified herself as the manager.
It has to be the single worst piece of customer service I've ever seen and I write this review in the hope that one of her superiors reads this and investigates.

비틀즈의 앨범 커버 포스터, 엽서, 그 외 다양한 굿즈들을 구매할 수 있는 곳. Abbey Road 에 왔다면 자연스럽게 들르게 된다. 규모가 생각보다 크지 않고, 작은 기념품샵의 느낌이지만, 들르지 않으면 아쉽다. 꽤 귀여운 제품들을 건질 수 있을 것이다.

Pour notre tout premier voyage à Londres, nous étions obligés de passer par "Abbey Road", un endroit magique avec une énergie incroyable. Ce lieu est mythique. La boutique l'est aussi. Les vendeurs sont charmants, le choix de goodies est impressionnant. Il faut absolument passer par cette boutique si vous traversez le passage piéton ! Vous ne le regretterez pas ! Je voudrais remercier cette charmante vendeuse, qui a fait sourire ma fille timide et impatiente d'aller au Zoo à côté. Elle a été d'une gentillesse incroyable, merci ! The French Family :)

Es la tienda oficial de los estudios de grabación “Abbey Road Studios” y se encuentra en el edificio contiguo a los estudios.
La tienda está dedicada 100% a los Beatles y en ella podrás encontrar objetos de colección, souvenirs y recuerdos de todo tipo. Tiene cosas muy bonitas y bien hechas. No es una tienda para simples turistas, sino más bien pensada para fans y coleccionistas de los Beatles que buscan calidad.
