My family and I are moving into a new house next month, and because it is a much larger house, we needed some new furniture. We went to RC Wiley this past weekend, and we almost immediately found someone to help us. We spent around 3 hours there, and a salesman, Larry, was with us the entire time to answer questions, to check stock, to give us his honest opinion on quality. My wife and I had all of our children, plus a niece and a friend and Larry still patiently walked with us from department to department helping us along the way. I need to mention also, we are a younger family, we have young children, and I chose to wear death metal band t-shirts whenever I am not at work, that day I was wearing a particularly violent Cannibal Corpse t-shirt. Because of this l, we are often judged, and assumed by the sales staff of a lot of other places, to not have money, and to not be serious customers. At RC Wiley we were treated with respect, and nobody appeared to want to keep their distance, which I really appreciate. We ended up buying a new couch, a sectional, and recliner, and a new washer and dryer. We ended up spending nearly $15,000 on this one trip. I am not sure if the sales staff work on commission, but I hope Larry gets a piece of that, he was great!

This place was huge and there were a lot of associates who were very friendly. Each of them greeted us as we walked in. Then each section we walked into we were warmly greeted and welcomed. You can never have too many people ask if you need.
The place was clean and the friendliness of the associates set a great ambiance. Their restrooms were also very clean. ????

My new refrigerator was just delivered the delivery crew was outstanding. They were fast efficient clean and in-and-out in less than half an hour . And they were early which is great for me. RC Willey rocks.

So far so good! I was shopping online and did have a bit of difficulty with the website so ended up having to speak on the phone with two sales associate in two departments to execute my order, but they were very helpful and efficient! Prices were outstanding! Hopefully delivery will be just as exceptional!

We were treated very well. When we went to pick up our ordered furniture the price had dropped from the manufacture. Without asking our salesman Keith redid the purchase and saved us a lot of money. I felt they really cared. I would recommend RC Wiley to anyone.

Do you want to be courted like a teen looking for their first car at a car dealership? If yes, this is the place for you! Lots of salesman looking to make your acquaintance. Enormous showroom. Not much patio furniture. Appliance delivery had issues but they made it right with some hounding but if you need something in a hurry these may not be your guys. Also don't accept damaged deliveries!

I sure do love the adventure of RC Willey. Such a fun show room. Great furniture. However, We weren't assisted until we asked for help. We sat at the table we wanted for an extended period of time before I saw a sales rep and flagged them down. We look young so I understand but don't ever under estimate your customer!

After many long searches at many different stores, RC Willey had exactly what we were looking for. It was extremely easy to get everything purchased and scheduled for delivery. The staff was helpful, but not pushy which is refreshing. Will definitely be back to look for more pieces to put in our new home.

James Petersen was my salesman. He was very pleasant and knew about products thoroughly. He was also very helped me to the elevator. I have to walk with a walker and he helped pulling while my daughter was pushing while I sat on the walker. I can't walk very far at a time so this really helped it.

I had a great experience with RC Willey in Salt Lake City. Specifically the electronics department. The three individuals that helped me in electronics were fantastic. Timothy helped me get my ticket started and I didn’t see the other two individuals name tags however all three reps that worked in the gaming section were very welcoming and great to work with, knowledgeable, personable and easy to chat with while I was waiting. It was also Michael who helped me pay at the front desk. He was quick and I’m grateful that he gave me options for payment as it fit what I needed and I wouldn’t have known if he didn’t ask the right questions and give great info. The Salt Lake City location is a bit out of my way but I’ll be going back there because those individuals provided great value.

Only oddity is going upstairs to pay for our purchases. 5 star experience would be paying ideally where we placed our order, or at least on the way out of the store.

The store is open and I love the scent that they have going through their air filter. They have a pretty good selection. We went looking for kitchen tables. I guess it has been a long time since I have been out to purchase a kitchen table for I found their prices to be extreme. This was not just RC Willey's this was furniture stores across the valley. Holy cow, I think we're just sticking with our same old table for a while till I inherit some cash.

Well I have a couple issues that need to be addressed.
1- my head board was not on delivery. Most important item for a bed.
2- the dresser was broken and now that's not available for like 12 days.
3- I only received 1 nightstand.
Now I have been a member of RC Willey for over 35 years and I am considering leaving because of this experience. I wasn't notified at all that my headboard wasn't with my order. This has been by far the worst experience I have had with you guys. I would hope you guys make sure this gets fixed and no other customer has to have this happen to them.

I went with my brother to get furniture for his first apartment. The whole staff was very welcoming and offered to help us multiple times. Once we knew what we kind of wanted, Keith Shellbetter helped us finalize and pick everything out. We got everything picked up at a second location and they helped us load our truck. Very good experience for his first time furniture shopping. I will be back when I need furniture. There was a very nice person in the front with colorful hair and they were very nice!!

We had a great experience buying our washer and dryer from RC Willey. Our sales rep Kirk J. seriously made all the difference. He explained the product and features clearly and was not pushy at all. We ended up going with the LG brand for washer and dryer. He made the process so smooth and seamless for us. This was a larger purchase for us so it was nice having a sales rep that really knew his stuff. We definitely recommend going here and ask for Kirk when you go! ????????

I did contact your customer service, they said all other customers with this couch has same issues, and it’s normal for this couch. The new two thousand dollar dark brown leather couch purchased through them, scratches with fingernail and fades from sitting. They sent the service technician, after a home visit said they will get a quote to see how much it will cost us to reupholster the leather surfaces, but he thought it will be the same material and will not make a difference as others under one year warranty has the same issue and just chose to hang onto them. He thought it has to do with the way it was tanned. A couch that you pay 2000 + dollars for used to last decades, but the quality now days are so poor. We will not be compensated fairly and regret making this purchase through RC Wiley.

Very nice showroom and wonderful options in their scratch/dent section! Went in to find a loveseat in their budget/dent section and I was very impressed how nice they were. Ended out buying new, but the sales team were extremely nice and professional. They didn't pressure me to buy anything and we're very helpful.

Ordered and paid for an “in stock” bed on a Thursday. Were told to pick it up Saturday after 11am. Arrived and not all of the parts were there. The salesman, Conway, knew we were in town for a short time (hence the reason we needed an in stock bed for pickup, which we stressed several times during our encounter). Never contacted us to tell us not all parts were available for pick up or offer alternative. Wasted an hour round trip drive for no bed and are now out of time to shop elsewhere. Will not shop at RC Willey again.

The customer service while shopping in the store is excellent. Very helpful and attentive staff. Competitive pricing, and quality products. My only complaint is the delay we have experienced in having our furniture delivered. We purchased two items on December 30th, 2020 and still have not received them. Every time we call, the "hopeful" arrival date keeps getting pushed out. Now they say our new furniture will not be delivered until after March 31st--which will be more than 3 months from the date if purchase. Very annoying. I can only hope our furniture will finally arrive and the delivery date will not be pushed out again. Other than that, we are happy with this company.

As anyone who searches for a mattress knows that although there are many, many, many different types of mattresses, the 1 thing they have in common is $$$$...the cost of a new bed b can be astronomical ! Called The 300 West Rc Willey asking about a TV they had online. The gentleman answered all my questions and placed an order for me at the warehouse. Then he informed me it was on sale and there would be no sales tax. Got to the warehouse, paid for the TV and just a few moments later they were wheeling it out to load into my truck. Very pleasant buying experience. Oh, by the way the TV is amazing.

First I was sent to a warehouse to get my product that I was told was an easy 10 minute drive. After an hour and a half I returned to RC Willey because I couldn't find the place. They told me it would be moved to The South Salt Lake store after 4 the following day. It wasn't. So I demanded a refund. They wasted about five hours of my time. I strongly recommend that you stay away from this place.

Update: got a call from RC W. The lady on the phone says this is NORMAL wear for this kind new $2500 leather couch according to their company standards. This is after a technician looked and wrote down the report for her, he told me they are not very good quality, likely from the tanning process at the time. Completely SUBSTANDARD, trying to bluff me over the phone. Unprofessional.

Purchased a new Samsung refrigerator. The entire experience was exceptional. The salesman was very informative and helpful. The delivery was like a pit crew. They pulled up to my house, swooped in and removed my front door to get the fridge in, carted it in, explained everything I needed to know about the fridge as they were hooking it up and then they were gone. The delivery guys were very friendly, helpful and professional. Well done.

Sam helped us in the clearance area of the store answering all of our questions on a sofa in a very pleasant way and she followed up with us in a very timely and professional manner.

It was really nice to have the space to check things out without being pressured or bugged while browsing and then getting help quickly when we were ready. (A new experience for us at RC Willey. I hope this is a new common practice.)
To top it all off, the two delivery gentlemen were very pleasant as well. Helpful, courteous and professional.

We were here looking for a bedroom set and a recliner for hours. Many of the products on the showroom floor have a 2 month or longer wait for order fulfillment time due to Covid related supply issues. We needed our furniture now. Thankfully Millard was able to help us find something that was in our budget and was in stock at their warehouse. Everything was delivered and assembled just in time for Grandma to move into her new place. Thanks guys.
