Went there for the first time and i loved it, this place is unique like no other! Also great sound system is really really good, staff is very friendly and caring, love the different bars with different kind of drinks some I've never tried before. I'll definitely come again :)

Great, tremendous venue. The only thing I did not like was that during the event I attended -Fintechtalents- many places were really cold. I guess that was some specific problem but other than that, the space is great for live events.

The location is convenient to get to. Also having the jubilee line makes it easy to get back at a decent time. However, the organisation seemed amateur at the party- we queued to queue for the lockers. Then, the lines for the toilets were massive. Buuuuut I must say, the lights inside are super professional, there is enough space to dance and the queue for the bar(s)was never long. Great party!

I feel compelled to write this review as my experience with Sam at Printworks has been nothing but an absolute joy. He has gone the extra mile to sort out access and parking for me. NOTHING was too much trouble. He really went the mile to accommodate me. He needs a pay rise as he is an asset to The Printworks team.

Great venue! Lockers were perfect and drinks were really reasonable! Felt very safe as security checks were quick but thorough

A well recommended music venue in a former printshop. Being an industrial building, the scale is massive. The crowd management and the security is top notch, the staff is polite and empathetic. I'd return anytime for a gig that is to my taste.

Very big clubbing venue. Has one of the best sound systems in London, hands down. The visuals are also very good, although restricted to the main Press Hall. The second room is miniscule and has had sound. Also, this place does not miss a chance to rinse you for cash. Besides the 30 tickets expect to pay 6-9 for a locker as well. Drinks will set you back over £5 for a tin. Bouncers and checks are often quite intrusive as well. Overall it feels a bit corporate or clinical. I always find myself thinking about how good it could be instead of how good it is.

Coming from Berlin to enjoy a party at Printworks is a bit of a weird choice I know. I was very curious about the location. I understand England has very strong regulations and laws. Anyway is still possible to make a techno/house event become a party. To start the whole thing with no chewing gums i found ridiculous, most of the staff of the party seem not to be enjoying being there. At the bar I had a quick chat with a staff and offer to buy the staff a shot, the staff said they could not drink while work and that the conditions of work were not nice (what??) on the dance floor those thug security guys walking around throwing the flash light on our face very suspicious about any move we made. plus the securities from the upper decks with flash light all around! I felt I was in a event ran by the Big Brother Corporation! the building is really nice, but it was lacking more sound pressure! Sorry England that your events became such a thing! I will not return in the foreseeable future to Printworks!

Best venue I've been to in London since fabric, and this may even be better. Unreal sound and lighting set up, consistently good lineups, well worth the price of entry. Drinks are now not done on tokens too which is great. I just hope that the next company running events there does it as well as the previous one did as this is just the kind of new venue London needs when so much is closing down/being unceremoniously shut down nowadays

Located in an old newspaper printing warehouse, the venue is huge and rather captivating to behold. My only gripe is that the food here is very pricey considering what it is (£8 to £9 for a burger and chips!) However it was fairly tasty in my opinion.

Best venue for club music in London. The sound is amazing, the light shows always top notch. Better selection of beer than most clubs too.

One of the best locations to party at. Big old building with a plateau to look down at the main hall. Dark room needs more volume in regards to speaker/bass.

Overall its a good n spacious venue except for the main stage area which gets too crowded. Everyone is squeezing in and tightly packed in a long rectangular area, you can't move unless you are wayyy at the back where you wont be able to see the stage or much of the lights.

Top venue. If you are not a fan of the lights in the main room (they are pretty intense) then I suggest you go to the dark room at the back. Queues and security are efficient so queue goes down quickly.

Very Interesting Location and certainly amazing video and light installation, BUT totally overcrowded. You could not move a feet on the dance floor. That ruined the experience a lot.

For such a big venue, they should have a much better system in getting people past security and not have to wait over 45 minutes to get in. It's not hard to keep the crowd moving. I expected them to be way more organised. However once in it was a good party.

How much can you curate a night? The answer is as much as possible. Printworks is NOT London's answer to Berghain, nor in any strict definition a club. It is a giant event space that wants to entertain and produce high quality ultra choreographed nights, and it will go at great length to pull off the spectacular. This is not the organic warehouse or club raving our community grew up to love, but it is also nothing short of brilliant. For my generation of ravers, nights out in darkened clubs with amazing sound systems and lasers was a right of passage, and it only worked when it was powered by good music and a well meaning promoter. The formula is the same here, albeit at Cirque Du Soleil level professionalism and attention to detail and an open vibe that feels warm to those who feel out of place in clubs. Don't come here expecting intimacy or club vibes, you'll be disappointed. Instead, this is an ultra curated concert for the electronic music lover. And as someone who has loathed the idea of concerts my entire life, this wasn't so bad. Only comment is that printworks really should open later and get rid of those ridiculous curfews, no one likes them and they create epic bottlenecks at the door. Expect up to 45-60 minutes to get in if you arrive around curfew!

Industrial super club located in an otherwise quiet part of the city. The Press Halls (main room) has the best and most versatile lighting rig I have ever witnessed in a club (see photos). The sound is high quality and the main room is fully soundproofed so the levels are very high! This is a very well run venue with patient and friendly staff making the whole night more pleasant for everyone. The token system may seem annoying at first but it drastically reduces the queues at the venue's five bars. Tokens, cash or card can be used to pay for food in the outdoor courtyard and lockers/cloakroom. The lockers are worth using if in a group and can be accessed at any point in the night. Plenty of seating is available throughout the venue. It is worth saying the main entrance area where the tokens are sold is quite chilly in winter as it is not heated and leads straight onto the outdoor courtyard, apart from that it's a top venue with a great industrial stripped-back feel.

Totally and entirely awesome. From the size of the venue to the decor, sound and production. This is festival grade stuff in an industrial setting. All the best of high end production perfectly blended in a dark gritty warehouse environment. So it's big but never feeling fake. Been multiple times now and the set up always has minor tweaks to keep it interesting.

Incredible venue. Lots of different drinks vendors to choose from including craft beer, cider & gin. Also a couple of food options if you want to eat before a gig such as Patty & Bun & Bird but I think these change!

Cavernous events space in a former printworks, with the main printing hall serving as a gig venue. Sound quality and lighting are world-class. Multiple levels, several bars and food areas makes for a good place for all day events. The 23:00 curfew makes evening events a bit short. Watch out for huge queues on entry too - gaining admission to a sold-out show took a good 45mins.

Not a good sound for drum and bass :/ this venue is better for other events I guess.. not for the electronic music no matter what they do. Good organisations of 25y of RAM but if you're picky about the great sound just go to brixton.

Good deal of space for a "gathering". Feels a bit " in through the back door" and could be chilly... But it was early March.

I love this place. The atmosphere is always amazing. I even recognised it on a 'Tom Clancy - Jack Ryan' tv show. The lighting is amazing but can be hit and miss depending on the artist headlining. Bit of a trek for most people to go to/ from.
