Went today and they didn't have the boxes of broken biscuits! Complete travesty! Rest of the store was the usual good stuff, may want to try and go early though as the line can get quite long to get in the store due to covid19 but that's understandable

Do some really nice bits in there store. Cheap but very good quality furniture and bits and bobs can literally buy anything in there from food to plants to bits for your home or garden

Place is over crowded, boxes and pallets of stock in the middle of the Isles. Asked 3 members of staff for help and only got a very vague answer of the other end of the shop. Social distancing was very low and alot of staff and customers not wearing masks.

Really big! Have loads of things. I went in for art materials and there was a very wide range and selection. The only slightly negative thing i can say is that some of the staff could have improved on their social distancing

Products at the range are really interesting and they have a wide variety of items. The staff however leave little to be desired - they are always looking for a fight.. scoping out customers and sizing them up. I find when I go to the range I have a kind of rapie feeling - I wouldn't recommend it.

Went at 5pm and no queues. A lot of the items have no pricing which is most frustrating. The plants and growing veg need to be bought b4 they have to be binned.

Terrible customer service rang up 40 minutes after visiting store to query something and was told it would be dealt with and they'd ring back ...had to ring them to be told the person was on her break twice.... over 3 hours later problem still not solved.Person at customer services did not sound at all bothered!!!!!

They were doing a refit and including an icelands it was very hard to shop, alot of the isles were closed or to narrow to get a buggy or trolly down, stuff allover the floor. Staff unhelpfull when looking for stuff because they didnt even kbow where it was
