Managed to get what we needed but the shelves were half empty, sometimes only a couple of things on each shelf, the place is filthy and is dire need of a refit asap. All the christmas stuff is rammed in one small area which made social distancing non existant.

Not selling items they advertise as "in store only" on their website. Staff of department had no clue even when website was shown. Missing price tags on shelves or wrongly labelled items. It is really annoying when you are lifting really heavy items only to find out they are not even the marked price. Sad experience

I bought a roll which turns out to be the last of this pattern in Southampton. I offered to buy the open one at same price as it cost complete one but was refused by the manager.. This line is no longer being supplied to both the Southampton stores so will be binned and I'm left with half a room done

Queue at checkouts was ridiculous. The staff seemed oblivious to it. I asked a member of staff why there was closed tills with such a long queue. Eventually they called staff to checkout. It shouldn’t take a customer to see the obvious.
Also lots of products without prices but that’s not something new!!

Wheel chair customers may find the walkway difficult to use due to some being narrow. Some items stored high in racking. Toilets on second floor which are not wheel chair friendly. Costly cafe available. Staff on entrance assisting with hand wash cleaning.
