A fuel pump had failed as I arrived. I had to leave my vehicle and go into the store for assistance. Despite the young lady's supreme efforts to rectify the situation, it became worse, with all four pumps going offline intermittently. After half hour of shunting from pump to pump, I decided to find another filling station. May I make it absolutely clear that it is the facility I am rating and not the excellent customer service I received from the store assistant. Her five star performance was admirable under severe pressure

Barriers are open, pumps all turned on, you can put your card in and pin number and it tells you to fill up, but the nozzles are locked, what is the point?!
If we can't get fuel after the shop is shut then why not make it obvious and close the barrier, stop people wasting their time.
