I use this service station on a regular basis as it's on my route home.
On more than a few occasions the manager (short mid 40s with brown hair) has been blunt, rude and straight out churlish towards customers infront of me and then myself once it's my turn to be served.
I wouldn't normally write a review how ever, last time I popped in and spent £50 he was more unwelcoming and rude then normal. I'm sorry, I've got to air my feelings as a customer and with this current lockdown people's spirits are already low. I don't need/want this service when on the way home after parting with £50.
Appalling service!
- if you don't enjoy your job then make a change. Don't take it out on customer/people.

Most of the staff are very friendly but I find the manager arrogant, quite unfriendly and rude! I call in most days for a Costa on the way to work. As a worker in a Care Home I really don't appreciate his very uneducated and rude way he has been dealing with the Covid 19 situation! He insists we stand 1 meter away from the counter but happy to scan items through the till with no gloves on? ????♂️
