I love Skechers and they have an amazing range here but the last three times I've visited they did not have the shoes I chose in my size. I'm a ladies size 8 so not that unusual and on my last visit I chose three pairs, none of which were in stock. I went to Schuh and bought some Vans instead - no problem with sizes there!

Appalling service today. Whilst waiting for shoes to try on. Manager spoke to his team by radio on shop floor for all customers to hear. He mentioned that if he saw his staff chatting when he got down stairs he would be really p****d off with them. A child was in the shop trying shoes on. Do you think that is showing a good example and good customer service. I was absolutely appalled by this as this is not a cheap shop. I was made to wait a very long time only to be told they hadn’t got my size. Actually they had none of the shoe on display in stock. My first question is why show it on display if it’s not available. Well sketchers. You have lost my custom.
