Very arogant staff. I just put full tank and they will not allow you to use the toilet. I asked the counter for how long it’s been the toilet closed and he replyed that for 3 weeks it’s blocked. Should give 0 star but there is not this option.

I've had no problems with this garage, I have used them a few times on the way home. They take Nectar cards ( being an ESSO garage). A few offers on some goods and treats. Fuel priced not expensive. Will continue to shop at this establishment.

Good. Functional. Helpful staff. Coffee (from a machine) is/was better than what I'd had from the well known tax-dodging high Street brand I'd stopped at on the A3 the day before ($t@rbux). I'm very pleasantly surprised.

This Esso service station used to be a Texaco and having filled up with diesel, I presented my Texaco card. The kind lady behind the counter gently asked me for my Tesco Club card and processed the transaction before I worked out that the provider had changed. Good service. The fuel seems much the same. I wonder why they do this ....

Watch your money very carefully in this place. For 3 kinder eggs (£1.19 each) and coffee £2.60 they charged me £8.97...no receipt given (it should be £6.17) won't be stopping there again. Poor service, they were too busy talking to each other to pay any attention to customers

Stopped in late at night and would need to pay via security window. I needed to purchase an item along with petrol and the cashier helpfully sourced the needed items. Well lit and maintained, with helpful staff.

Visited this petrol station late on Saturday night to get some much needed snacks etc. Was greeted by a very rude cashier who would not serve us because he was 'tired' and seemingly just didn't feel like it! Thankfully we didn't need anything urgently so we bid him farewell. Quite remarkable considering the huge 24 hour service signs plastered all around the forecourt. I hope he (Sassoo) catches up on his sleep soon for the benefit of the unfortunate local residents!

Visited this garage on Sunday 22/07/18 at approximately 20.00hrs.
Faulty pump nozzle caused fuel to spray out over my motorcycle fuel tank and down on to the engine.
Went inside an explained to the attendant (A Raj) that the pump nozzle was faulty and that I couldn't use it because it was spraying out fuel incorrectly and that it needed putting out of use .
He told me to change pumps, so I did. I filled my bike and went into pay. The attendant then tried to charge me the initial £1.09 for the spilt fuel.
I explained that the faulty pump was not my responsibility.
He told me no fuel was on the floor????
I told him no its down my fuel tank and engine. (Also fuel evaporates and it was a very hot day)
I told him if he wanted to charge me for the first pump, I would then send him the bill for the cleaning of the bike.
I asked him to just take for the £7.33 on the second pump. He refused and said have the fuel dont worry.
I initially thought this was a gesture for the inconvenience and that I now needed to get the bike cleaned.
However I said, No and asked for him to take for the fuel on the second pump.
He refused several times and would not give a reason for not wanting to charge me. This was now causing a queue. So I asked the attendant to serve the other customers and I would wait.
Once he served those customers, I asked again why are you refusing to charge me. He then told me, that when I leave he will call the police. I explained that if I have made effort to pay and he has refused to take payment its not theft. I then told him Im not leaving until you take payment for the second pump. He still refused.
I asked to then speak to his manager, he said the manager is not here. I ask for him to be got on the phone. The attendant then rang someone, who I believe to be the manager after a brief conversation between the two the attendant charged me just for the second pump £7.33. He did not let me speak to the manager.
Im disgusted by the lack of customer service from this individual and the fact that even though I made every effort to pay, he purposely told me to have the fuel and would not initially explain why so he could tell the police I failed to pay upon my leaving of the site.
When I left the attendant had made no effort to put that nozzle on the pump out of order.
This ordeal caused me to be late to my destination.
I have contacted Esso and they gave me details to the company that runs that service station (Malthurst) and I placed a complaint today against this individual.

I stopped for fuel and they have all the main ones plus a shop with plenty of produce and goods to sell you.
No hard sell or anything like that.
