Today i was told i should have a exemption card for covid 19, I have asthma and can't! The lady serving was quite adamant saying that I could purchase one online for £5. Whilst I was in the car wash I looked up the rules and told here this was inaccurate , she said I was looking in the wrong place and that I wasn'ttech savvy ! I suggest you check the Government web site as it says it is not a requirement and that you can even make a sign at home if you feel you need to !! I am a regular customer with this petrol station and find all the other staff friendly and helpful. I came home and double checked the information. I suggest you re train this woman , not only on the correct Covid rules, but on her customer service skills as well.

Excellent! Friendly people only let down by one of the day time female staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The station is clean and tidy and the fuel is competitively priced. The shop is well stocked and, for a service station, reasonably priced. The hot food is very good.

Appalling treatment by the same female member of night staff on two occasions. Very rude and we were made to wait for service without any apology as if she really didn't want to serve us or even be there herself. I would advise everyone to avoid this place at night!!!
