Edgware Road station is disrespectful and very, very bad. I do not advise you to deal with them because they will cheat on you with something or if you wash your car with them and they do not know you, a parking fine of 100 pounds has reached you. They are able to cancel the violation only because of their acquaintances. As for me, they say that I am 9 seconds late inside the station. How shameful they benefit from the harm of people, this is their upbringing and education. They do not respect any customer anyway. Whoever deals with them will know the meaning of my words. In the end, Edgware Road station is very bad, and I do not recommend dealing with them, and there is no one in this area to deal with them, especially the store inside the station, the prices of space are unbelievable. A bad experience with them, and I hope that if I did not deal with them with my life, and in any case there are many who have had the same fraud from this unfortunate station.

Minimal COVID MEASURES in place! The majority of clients and the employee behind the desk were not wearing masks or face coverings. When I questioned the employee he refused to comment. Esso need to wake up and start enforcing proper measures in all their branches. Unacceptable!

Terrible service, broken air pump and while they were happy to change my cash into pound coins to pay for the pump they refused to refund or fix the machine. Now my tires are flat as they were only able to empty them rather then top them up.

My manager sent me to get patrol, after filling up with almost £100 patrol I notice he had given an old card. The patrol station were really nice about it and very helpful.

Horrible customer service. They said 24 hours and Indian guy said they closed 5 minutes because he is on break. Second time I went same guy close again, because he was cleaning outside and said he was closed because hw was cleaning.

While this station is Esso-branded - it has some absolutely pathetic dumb idiotic unprofessional arrogant staff who can't read English off a Tesco fuel voucher and knows exactly nothing about Tesco clubcard policy or vouchers, or perhaps, on contrary - knows everything there is to know but scams customers of their club card points. Either way I will not return

Absolutely rubbish. A really big site that offers everything but a toilet and only half a mile or less from a major motorway and located on a major artery road in London.
The assistant told me to go elsewhere when I enquired. He was very sarcastic and knew he was being so. My son picked up some drinks and I told them to put them back in hearing his reply.
No more Esso for me. Only Shell from now on. They are a proper service station.

I always travel on A5 Edgeware Rd. One day I stopped there to fill up. I went inside to use their toilets and to get a coffee after I went to pay.
After couples month I received £60 penalty parking ( limit is 10min , stayed 24 min. )
This is outrageous and makes me so angry.

There are always queues for petrol and there is no separate cashier for the fuel which makes it complicated to pay and for the people waiting after you to put petrol is a lot of waiting.

I should not even give them a single star for this petrol station. I went there 2 months ago and they had problem with pumping fuel. So I asked them how long it takes time to be fixed as I need fuel, I was told to stay and it will be sorted out less than 15 minutes. I stayed there for 25 minutes to fill my tank. Now I received £160 parking charge for longer stay. This is disgusting and not acceptable at all on how they make money without even notice people. Specifically people who work there can not encourage to stay here without any parking allowances notification. I had to pay this amount of money and all I can say to them is sham on this service station.
