Excellent very well presented pub food with a gastronomic twist. We were a party of five and we were well cared for. I am gluten free/coeliac and they were informed of my dietary needs and cooked/checked for ingredients on every item. They were considerate, careful and good hosts.

Had a small lunch to meet my new boss in person. Pick the Horse as it looked a good half way point to meet.
The staff were friendly and patient and the food was tasty and excellent quality.

We had stone baked pizza from their pizza oven. Le Med and Texan. Very good. And chocolate fondant and sticky toffee pudding. All lovely. A popular (so book your table) place. Lovely wood burning stoves too.

Lovely meal. Had the fish and chips the fish was massive and so fresh the batter so crispy. The chips could have been a bit crisper but over all a great meal. The pub bar was nice a miss mash of furniture but I like that it made it all the more appealing. Highly recommend this place.

This is so much than a pub, although the bar area is still welcoming and cosy. But the food here is quality restaurant standard. I have not eaten such excellent food in years. The menu is seasonal and exciting. Great service, and I would be tempted to stay a weekend at their newly built rooms just so I could eat here all weekend.
