Bought a shirt and it was completely ripped down the bottons. Was told no refund as it’s ‘second hand’, I paid £35 for a shirt that can’t be worn and should never have been sold. Will not be buy anything again from here and I recommend you do the same. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Really nice vintage shop with a laid-back vibe; well designed with loads of clothes - staff were lovely, I wasn't there long but the guy was singing whilst sorting clothes haha. Downside is the cost...it's pretty expensive but that's kinda what you'd expect from a central London vintage store anyway.

I've been visiting quite a few vintage shops in London and this one was one of my favorites. Had quite a few lovely vintage shirts and dresses, but for me the highlight was the raincoats (Columbia, North Face), which I did end up buying. When I went (mid August) everything was £10.95, which was a big plus. The staff was also really lovely and helpful.

WARNING TO BUYERS: I wanted to post a review simply so I can share my experience so others don’t make a costly mistake. I bought a couple of items but came back to see if I could exchange an item for another I found and in which I received the rudest response, ‘NO, once it’s yours it’s yours.’ As blunt as that. I was aware they had a no return or refund policy as there was a sign at the checkout but at absolutely no point in the whole transaction did the staff state the policy before hand just so the customer knew. I pointed out that it should be made absolutely clear that no exchanges are offered and how this was not on the pre-existing sign. Hopefully they will change this sign. However I believe it should be explained at the beginning of the purchase which is done at the other vintage shops found in the Seven Dials area to be absolutely certain to avoid any mis-communication. The staff were extremely rude (thought this during my first visit) bordering on arrogant and unhelpful. I have been wearing vintage for 20 years but was not ‘in my gear’ today and feel like I was not welcome as I wasn’t ‘one of them’. As for the quality of vintage it’s very bad. One bag looked for instance like it had been run over with metal poking out of the hinges into the bag and outside (safety?). If you’re looking for post 80s-90s it’s more for you. If you are looking for true vintage I suggest BlackoutII Vintage. For post 1970s Try Pickweight or Rocket. The quality is better and the staff are genuine and friendly. I hope this helps but let me say again: they do not take returns so no refunds, a sign at the checkout is there but staff do not reiterate to make sure the customer is happy to go ahead and that they are aware. Exchanges are not accepted. This was not on the sign nor addressed by the staff member. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES! Edit: I’d like to point out when I told them exchanges were not indicated on the sign the staff member picked it up and said ‘oh yeah that’s old’ then put it straight back as it was. Happy Vintage shopping!

Great store. V friendly staff. Basement bargains if you look. Overall organised, helpful staff. Will return. Armani Jean's 13 quid.

Cute spot, but felt a bit stuffy with how things were organized and how packed the shelves add. It wasn't easy to move stuff around and the selection of items was rather oriented towards loud prints. There are cute pieces, the belts are a bit over-priced in my opinion. However; the sale section downstairs is a steal (£10 for an Italian romper? I'll take it) and worth the money.

Overall a wide range of clothes, shoes, accessoires from leisure to flamboyant and extraordinary pieces. Ground floor with various price levels, but pieces in good condition and/or popular brands have a comparable high price tag, even for vintage. Everything at Basement floor is only 13GBP including leather jackes, but most of them are in a more or less bad condition. You get what you pay for is definitive true here.

It has a lot of interesting vintage stuff and the staff are very nice. A lot of the things can be overpriced and quite worn out, however you may find something quite decent on a good price. Got a very nice black dress for the office for £10

My favorite thrift shop in London. So many designer brands, vintage tees, and retro finds. Everything is fantastically organised which makes it a joy to shop at.

Went here briefly when I was transiting in London. Absolutely beautiful place, with lots of amazing vintage designer finds at reasonable prices! I would spend hours in there if I had the time. Seriously a gem of a store x

Extremely rude owner and staff, accused us of stealing things and threatened that "everything is on video", smells like armpits in this place, can give 0 stars if I can. Don't waste your time and go to Brick lane or Camden market.
