Ordered this TV Stand online, and within a few days was given some delivery dates which I was unable to make. I telephoned customer service who sorted out another one to suit me. I was kept informed as to delivery time slot and advised on the day. The delivery was quick and efficient. I am delighted with the product which is even better than expected and looks great in my conservatory. I would recommend Verty Furniture.

Verty Furniture was a pleasure to deal with. Had great selection of products, items were shipped when promised. The product came and matched the on line description to a tee. The delivery team got here earlier then promised and set up the furniture very fast and when they left you could not tell they were here. Very pleasant group of people. The web site was easy to navigate. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Will definitely return for my next furniture purchase.

Excellent customer service. The chair I ordered arrived and was absolutely lovely however it was just too big for what it was intended for. It was very easy to arrange for it to be returned and a refund provided. Would definitely look to order from again in the future.

The sale itself went well, but the delivery was delayed a day because I was not on the delivery list. A bit frustrating, as I had to call a few times to get it scheduled, as well as switching my schedule to be here for the delivery. Delivery guys were nice and quick. Thank you Verty Furniture
