I normally go to Cooperative Food to get flavour for my Vype ecig as they are cheaper than other retailers. Sometimes I find Cadbury chocolate on offer for £1 so I buy it for Mrs. Texaco Petrol is slightly expensive than BP and Shell.

It's supposed to be a 24h service but when I went there on Saturday at 10pm was closed. There was no self service payment using the machine.

Just got a really bad service by a guy with an earpiece. He charged me double for a plastic bag, I never even asked for a plastic bag. I was not given a choice. And then he pressed it twice and knew exactly what he was doing. And ignored me through the whole interaction looking away. I never expected something like this from a respectable place like Coop. A bit shocked to be honest.
I’m not the kind of person to make a fuss about things like that, I just quietly leave and never come back because the trust is lost. Was this really worth losing a regular customer? I guess so. I shall find another place to spend my money.

Slow queue of shoppers waiting to pay, so you need to wait in the same queue when you only have to pay for fuel. Then there's a pile of cars queuing to fill up.....

Very busy early morning is quiet it's a co op also so can pick up grocery when needed cash point free withdrawal staff ok can be busy inside limited spaces for fueling very busy road to get in and out also a slush machine inside

Usually it's busy down there however I was able to fill up my car quickly. One thing I didn't like was they take their time to turn on the pumps for you to use. So I had to wait a wee while and grab their attention whilst they enabled the pump for me. Otherwise good.

Never been so angry in my entire life. Went to fill up in the work van with 5 blokes in so all doors were open whilst we got out to go in-store when a little jumped up Hitler type which I have pets older than started shouting over the tannin for us to shut our doors. We shut all of the doors and one of the guys went into the shop to buy a few things so I went into the shop and gave him the fuel card to pay. We finished fuelling up then drove into an empty parking pay to let others at the pump as one of them was out of service and immediately little Hitler started shouting for security etc whilst all the time our guy was waiting in line to pay. The garage was packed with everyone looking at us like common criminals. I've used this garage for the last 3yrs but will not be using it again, never have I been treated in such a manner whilst trying to fuel up in fact I may go back and have a word with this chap and see what his problem is.

I came on moped with half a face helmet - not full face lifted a nozzle- petrol pistol start filling my tank and a stupid woman from the shop stopped the fuel and started screaming if I can take my helmet off ?!?! What the hell?!?! Its ridiculous the fact I allready filled my tank allmost full and if I follow her instructions I should have put my helmet off on the wet ground and continue filling for another further 50p? What about if im muslim and dont wanna take anything off from my head is it still ok to be stupid to the customers? Idiot would think someone on a motorbike is gonna run away with £5 petrol...
