I recently purchased an Esteve Classical Guitar. Seeing how I live in North Wales I phoned them and they explained about everything - condition etc.
I had some difficulty with the courier (TNT) not being able to find my address. Mark, Josh and the team managed to get it sorted out. A very professional company. Sutton Music centre comes highly recommended by me. A company I wouldn't hesitate to buy from again in the future. Thank you Sutton Music Centre.

I highly recommend this place for buying violins. I wanted a new violin since my daughter has outgrown the old one. I tried to buy an instrument online on their website, but I had issues using payment card online. I sent an email to their official email id and within no hours I got a reply. Mark suggested that he would call me the next day and sort that out, which he indeed did. He also delivered the instrument to my door step!
My daughter loves the new instrument and has already started practising! Thanks Mark for the amazing service!

This place is amazing. Such wonderful staff who couldn't be more helpful and the music lessons have gone down a treat with my special needs daughter. It is the highlight of her week and the best therapy and most of all she's just accepted. She doesn't feel like she's being treated differently; every person is special there.

I dont usually write reviews but this time, I felt I had to!
I Recently bought a guitar from Sutton Music and was simply blown away by the experience. Mark was friendly, informative and incredibly patient with me! Haha. - I tried out a few guitars and went home happy. After playing around with the guitar (which was a lovely guitar) I decided it wasnt quite the one for me. Mark very kindly invited me back in to try out others in order to find my dream guitar, which I did!
Big thank you to Mark; the shop is beautiful with an incredible amount of variety for its size! I was spoilt for choice and am now home, happily playing on a wonderful guitar.

A great local music shop with an impressive range of guitars and pianos, for a little shop, plus drums, sheet music, amps and more. Lessons and workshops are given here too. Mark and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and have looked after me well from small purchases to big orders. Definitely worth a visit.

Very helpful staff. Big and main music shop for Wimbledon/Sutton and surrounding areas. Has some classical instruments for sale and has a rental scheme for most of the basic/popular instruments. Does not do cello hire. Does stock and sell a lot of tuition books/teacher resources/sheet music.

I have never been here before, but I called up on the off chance needing a product not sold by the shop.
Talked to a terribly nice member of staff called Josh who said he would go to effort and make me up a custom string set for my client.
As I was running late, I called again and another staff member answered who was also exceptionally helpful.
Over the phone and in store - my experience was professionsal and polite.
Couldn't recommend higher from my experience.
Good team, well managed and trained.

A very disappointing experience. I took in a keyboard in perfect working order to have the internal battery replaced. I took home a pile of junk. The keyboard no longer worked , I was told it was because it was old! It seems the motherboard was damaged but no admission of this or any help with a replacement. Won't be going here again.
