My Sister and I arrived at Noel Furniture at 6:01 p.m., and much to our chagrin the store closed at 6:00. We stood at the door and looked through the window staring at the amazingly beautiful furniture. Believe it or not, a young lady came to the door and asked if we wanted to come in and look around. In a word, we were "stunned." The young lady's name is Carolyn, and she is by far one of the most extraordinary member of a three-person EXCEPTIONAL team of outstandingly customer-service oriented individuals (R.C., Carolyn, & McKenzie). Once inside, Carolyn walked around answering our questions, and then the fabulous Mr. R. C. Noel joined us and gave my Sister and me a tour of the full showroom (upstairs as well). R.C. is amazing; his love of all things furniture-oriented is compelling, impressive, and infectious. Next day, I returned to the store and purchased a sectional and bar stools. Wow!! I can't wait to see them in my home. Here's what I know for sure: There is no furniture store with Noel's quality of products or the exceptional R.C, Carolyn, & McKenzie. I definitely will return. I cannot stress enough how beautiful the furniture is. Before today, I had never seen any furniture even close to the caliber offered by Noel. They have amazing and helpful sales staff, with Julian helping me throughout my entire visit and knowing all the answers to what I needed! With an atmosphere so relaxed it's almost like being at home, but in a professional environment. I was thoroughly pleased with every aspect of my time with Noel, but I guess that's only natural for a truly family run and managed store. My only regret at the end of the day is that I can't rate more than 5 stars! (I also included some of my favorites, I hope you like them as much as I do) :)

Our design rep. Carmen is always so personable and gives us the best customer service when we visit. She is extremely responsive as she replies to all our calls and messages immediately. The variety of the furniture is amazing as is the quality. New items arrive regularly which makes deciding on a particular piece nearly impossible.

Noel is a very upscale furniture store, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They offer one of a kind pieces on their floor as well as special orders. They offer Paul Robert and Marge Carson upholstery and much more select manufacturers, just to name a couple. Beautiful store, and great selection.

Noel furniture is simply the best in town, quality and variety are second to none they parter with world best designers and artisans , they treat you like family. RC Noel my friend helped us furnish our whole house, he is a great artist I love his art work and he is just great interior designer. I highly recommend them even to my overseas friends. Check them out you want regret.

Noel Furniture and Carmen Barone deserve 6 stars, not 5! I have to tell you about designer Carmen Barone. She was amazingly insightful and personable, and helped me furnish a significant portion of my home, including the entry way, living room and master bedroom. From the few ideas I had, she transformed it into a space worthy of Architectural Digest. All my friends and my daughter are commenting how beautiful it is. Stunning Marge Carson designer pieces, room sized rugs and original art from one of the owners, RC, all a perfect fit for my personality and the living space. I will continue to use her and Noel Furniture as I re-furnish and accessorize the remainder of my home, and would heartily recommend her to anyone looking for an empathetic and classy designer.

Very friendly staff. Most importantly the staff allows you to look around and then circle back. Wonderful customer service. I was expecting a delivery and it was pushed back due to the freeze. The store was in constant communication and gave updates. They also asked if I had experienced any power loss or water damage. Will be a returning customer.

She is very knowledgeable and helped us with choosing the right colors and right furniture for every room in the house. By far the best furniture buying experience we have ever had. Extremely pleased with our experience at Noel Furniture. They have a great selection of fine furniture including some well-known designer brands. Also, it has been an enjoyable experience working with one of their in-house designers - Lee Danforth who spent time understanding our needs & preferences and helped put together a fine collection for both our living and dining areas.
Highly recommend Noel as well as Lee! Without a doubt, Noel is One of the best furniture stores in Houston.

I stopped in on my lunch break to take a look at dining tables. I fell in love with a table and do recommend the facility due to high end options available. My 3 stars is due to poor sales staff. When I walked in I was asked if I needed help. Which I didn't and advised I would let them know if I found something. When I did the lady that worked there looked at me up and down. Asked me where I worked. Who the owners were. The address of my home. I'm not new to sales so I know how this goes she was sizing me up in a very intrusive manner. So you know all though price, location and the furniture piece I wanted was there I decided to find another dealer who sold that same piece. By the way there are so many in Houston and online. I am not supporting this type of business practice. My only suggestion is to train staff on basic common human interactions. What a turn off. I can't imagine if I did this to my clients how they would react.

Noel furniture has been our go to beautiful luxury furniture store since our first home my husband and I brought together after our marriage 15 years ago and gone too after three homes purchases later, so with that being said We have shopped there because there furniture is unlike any furniture store we’ve purchase ever in San Antonio Texas they are located in Houston 4 1/2 hours away but the trip there is always worth it, the customer service deliver and set up drivers and not to mention the sell representative ( Westin) are outstanding and very professional in every area of their business making our repeated business with them a pure pleasure I’m very pleased with their store furniture quality and the beautiful look of our forever home thanks to you all and all that you have done for my husband and I over the years, we’ve spent lots of money but we got beautiful quality furniture that we believe we can pass on or just enjoy ourselves for many years to come. I give it a 10 plus Thanks to the whole Noel family you all are great ????????????????????

My husband and I just had our first experience with Noel and all I can say is wow! The moment me walked in we were greeted by the sweetest young woman who introduced us to a young man named Westin who is one of the designers at Noel. He was amazing to work with, my husband and I felt he really cared about us and our project. We bought a beautiful sectional and scheduled an appointment for Westin to come to our house to re do our master. We cant wait to continue working with this excellent young man, and recommend anyone looking furniture or a designer to go to noel and ask for him.

Looked nationwide for a really comfortable high quality leather sofa before ending up at Noel Furniture in Houston. I ordered a Hancock & Moore sectional with help from the store owner who was extremely helpful. The sofa is everything we were looking for and is WAY higher quality than anything at any of the big box stores. We spent $17K on it, but we will be handing this sofa down to our children one day! It’s a great investment in comfortable family time.

Just finished purchasing several furniture from Noel and couldn’t have had a better experience. Everyone we spoke to or transacted business with was both kind and professional. Each person went out of their way to be helpful, clear and transparent. The items purchased were wonderful, but the joy of the experience was due to the people we had the pleasure of working with. My wife and I where looking for unique quality, furniture pieces, the prices tend to be on the high side, but the quality of furnuture, and beauty make up for it. Carmen our sales designer goes out of her way to make you feel welcome , she listens to your needs , and respects your wishes. She is the most detailed sales person we have ever come across, the whole staff at Noel's are great!
