I have had a good customer experience. Ordering online was straightforward. I needed custom holes which were easily accommodated. Mirrors were delivered as promised, well wrapped. I was able to install the mirrors with no issues as they were accurately made to measurements. With a good price, I’d recommend Mirrors and Glass UK Ltd.

Incredible level of customer service offered by the team. Thy kept me up to date on the order, the delivery and even took the extra large mirror upstairs for my mum. They were timely, very clean (masks/shoe covers) and very friendly the whole way through.
The mirror itself was great and exactly what I wanted at the best price I've seen from multiple suppliers. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

The mirror I ordered couldn't have been better. I'm really impressed with the bevelling, the smooth edge, smooth corners and precise size. It was well packaged too, and the sticker with my name etc on the glass surface came off in one piece ???? I liked that they contact you to check if the delivery time suits you. Would use them again :)

Amazing service and brilliant mirror. We needed a mirror to cover the back of a door. These guys cut it exactly to size, it was so easy to order and it was brilliant quality. We enquired about having a shower enclosure, made to measure by email. Paul in technical was very helpful by supplying a cad drawing along with all the relevant images of hardware to suit our project. The price was also extremely competitive. We were emailed updates from the processing and then was supplied with a delivery date. The driver was also very helpful in stating a time for us as we both work. I don't usually write reviews but we were so pleased from start to finish I cannot recommend Mirrors and Glass enough.

I'd been looking for a large round mirror for my living room but couldn't find a big enough size. Mirror and Glass provided a made to measure service, hidden fittings and for half the price! Nice folks but my order was slow. Two weeks after placing my order for a simple piece of bevelled glass i called for an update and it still hasnt gone to be bevelled. Meaning its taken them two weeks to cut a piece of glass. Their best guess in mid next week for delivery which will be 3 weeks since i ordered it.
UPDATE After my review, Paul immediately contacted me and explained the technical issue that had held up my order. It was rushed through and delivered pretty much overnight, then they called to ensure all was ok.
Like other reviewers have said, very helpful folks, including the delivery driver. So it started badly due to that delay, but they have really gone out of their way to sort it out.

Impressive service. Although the website is lacking a bit aesthically compared to other modern sites, it all works fine and there is a lot information listed to help with you make the correct choice. I ordered two samples before picking my final glass choice for my DIY 'hidden tv', the cost of which, as described, was promptly refunded the same day - following my final mirror order. The team evidently runs a tight, proffessional service.

Very poor customer service and experience.
Paul Provided a quote promptly and then ignored e mails and refused to take calls or call back to proceed with the order. Requested to change screen width by 3mm and got a new design with all screen widths changed and my name changed too.
Appears to have started to use CRLaurence software for shower screen design with CRL hardware.
Paul has advised it will take five weeks fo change design width of glass by 3mm.
Justifying all shortfalls on being busy.

So I send an order to replace a large bevelled piece of glass from a door they glazed 10 years ago and have not received a reply.
It would seem that they only want to do stuff on their sales website and "specials" are no longer of interest.
At least be polite and reply?

Having just completed the installation of my made to measure shower door and screen, I felt I just had to tell everyone what a truly fantastic job you made of cutting the glass to my supplied measurements. I should point out to any potential customers the importance of making an accurate template for the aperture using tight (i.e. exact) measurements for bespoke glass cutting, in particular noting and measuring all out of square corners etc., and e-mail an annotated, accurate drawing measured from this template, to Mirrors & Glass. Their team will supply you with a perfectly fitting door/screen with all clearances for seals etc. factored in by them. It has transformed my en suite bathroom in the eaves of my loft conversion:- so much more professional (and leak proof!) than the scruffy shower curtain that was there before.
No need to go anywhere else for bespoke glass:- i contacted 5 different companies for quotes before choosing M&G and found their price very competitive, especially as it included delivery. Some others wanted me to cut my template out of thick plywood, and send it via courier to their works:- imagine how that would rack up the cost! If you can use a tape measure accurately and take your time in the preparation of the drawing, Mirrors & Glass are THE BUSINESS!! Thanks again everyone!

Ordered a large (2 x 1m) mirror on a Thursday and it was delivered the very next week. They even provided a 1 hour time slot for the delivery. As per another reviewer, I don't normally write reviews, but I was very pleased with the mirror and the service. Keep up the good work!

I live in South West London and am currently refurbishing a house. I needed a huge made to measure mirror and a fixed glass shower screen again made to measure. Mirrors and glass UK were 2/3rds the price of ANY local company and the service was second to none. Made quickly, constantly kept up to date and delivery to my door within days. After I ordered two large mirrors rather than one in error, the company contacted me to check if the order was correct rather than just charging two to my card. The quality of the mirror was very good. Just one tiny quibble is that they'd written my name, obviously so they knew which order it was, on the front of the mirror in some sort of white pen which was a bit of a mare to get off. We did get it off after a while though and there are no marks. Other than that, no quarms at all. They deliver what they say quickly and I would buy from the company again.

Thes man is rude and talk to his customer like they are idiots would not recommend , mirrors and glass we left the drawer front with you and obviously were told you would call when ready
The drawer was drilled wrong that’s why we left the drawer with you as a template , but to say you will charge £10 a day storage and talk to me like am an idiot is not how you do business to be honest
We never received the call obviously regarding the drawer front but you binned it anyway something that didn’t belong to you ! a phone call to your customer as a reminder would of been nice instead of getting on your high horse shouting !
